Remarks

Since Manav Rachna is in faridabad we see a lot of students whose family background is rich and some who are from Harayana so they have a little attitude problem and due to which so e teachers got irritated by them and as a outcome the whole class suffers.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum is quiet good just according to the current market need and they keep it updating under the AICTE. They are trying to bring the best out of there students but just this won't work unless there would be equal interest and output is given by the students.

Internships Opportunities

Yes I got to know from some of the seniors and teachers that our college do provide internship but they are free just for the students who do well in the particular organisations interview for rest it's paid. AICTE have also made it compulsory to do internship of atleast six months then only a student will get it's bachelor degree.

Placement Experience

3.5

A number of companies do come in college for recruitment and the good students may even secure 1 or 2 companies offers but I have seen that some students are not even interested in giving the test for these companies what ever reason it would be, but this effects the ratio of recruitment. Still I'm saying that a number of companies do come for the recruitment it the college

College Events

3

First event would be a welcome party for the freshers from the seniors, then there are some small events on special occasions related to academics(workshops, quizes, competitions) ,some extra curricular activities and events across different colleges and universities too.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For B. Tech it's 1,70,000 for every branch. You need to pay the fee in two parts 60,000 once and 1 20,000 once. It looks quiet a big amount but since it's a private college and there facilities are also good so it's worth it. If u look at the other private colleges providing the same facilities for surely they would be charging more or if we look to the colleges Having fee less then this college are not at all good in infrastructure and education too.

Fees and Financial Aid

Students who scored above 80% got scholarship like 20% or if u have scored above 90% then around 50% like this. The college does supports education loan from all the banks but they have good links with PNB bank. I'm also a student of education loan but at the starting u need to pay 60,000 for the admission which confirms that a person is taking admission in the particular college and the college verifies the same.

Campus Life

3.5

The college does provide extra curricular activities like sports but only if you are interested and trying for it otherwise they won't even care. We do have clan activity as a part of our course which include a number of extra curricular activities like sports(cricket, badminton, basketball etc.) , literary(debates, writing and all), and many more and it's all up to is whether we want to do any or not. But sometime the college authorities are not serious with it. Labe are there which contain some of the basic components for a b.tech student, some labs are good are some are not.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Hostel infrastructure is good and they assure the safety of students, the basic things are available inside the campus only like laundry, gym, cafes etc. But the hostel food as I have heard is just ok and sometimes bad.

Alumni/Alumna

Till now there haven't been much interaction with either the seniors or alumni so I can't say anything but I can assure there is no ragging in the campus and people don't even disturb others that's a good part.

Exam Structure

On unit bases we got some assignments to submit for which we get marks in the internal and in sessional exams some of the questions are from the assignments, it's not like that everytime this is the way. While in semester exams it's hard to say which question is good no to be there from assignment but still we have an idea as to what could possibly be there in exam. Previous years questions paper could also be helpful. Internals comprises of 50 marks( sessional exams are of 30 marks and assignments, attendance, class performance comprises of 20 marks) and external comprises of 100 (semester exam) marks.

Admission

I got to know about Manav Rachna from the education fair which takes place in pragati maidan every year. From there I got know about it's yearly exam MRNAT through which they usually recruit students, but I was a bit late when I got to know all this so there is another option too, which is that the student taking admission in this Institute should have scored more than 65% in 12 then they would be eligible for the admission.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty is truly nice, some could look rude but once u get to know them surely u will change your mind. Knowledge wise most of the teachers are good but some subjects are not that much interesting due to which students lose there interest and as a result the blame is on the concerned teacher.

Placement opportunities are available for the students in the final year, and the university provides support through internships, training sessions, and placement drives. Various companies, law firms and corporate organisations visit the campus for recruitment. The average package is moderate depends on the student's skills, academic performance , and internship experience. My plan after completing the LL.B course is to pursue an LL.M. to specialise in my area of interest and further strengthen my legal knowledge and career prospects.

As the program has been approved by CoA and puts emphasis on modern software applications such as BIM, our portfolios look fabilous. Moreover, the career office keeps helping us to enhance our CVs and improve the quality of our work. When i graduate, i won't be limited to basic drafting jobs. Graduates move into cool fields like urban planning, green building copnsulting, or real estate mangament. Having all those options on the table makes life way less stressful.

The average package is around 3-5 LPA, with the highest going higher depending on skills. Around 60-70% of students get placed. After completing the course, i plan to improve my skills and aim for better job opportunities or higher studies

Placements are not good in my college. Only few companies are recruiting through on campus like virtusa, tcs etc. average package is 3-4 lakhs and maximum package is 9 lakhs. From 4th year students are eligible for on campus placement. Only 30-40% of students get placed. I am thinking to give gate exam for better opportunity.

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.
