Remarks
The fee is really affordable for those who could not get into government colleges. People are helping. Management is a little arrogant, otherwise the system is efficient. There is not much pressure of things here. Other than this the placement is on the l
Entrance Preview
I filled out all the options available as I was frustrated that I didn't get anything from the first 3 counselling and AIEEE system spitted out this college with Aeronautical stream.
Course Curriculum Overview
Good enough! As opposed to what I heard from the government college students, we actually used to have classes! However the level of lessons was very basic and maybe not par with the engineering standards.
Internships Opportunities
Well! It depended on how hard you tried for a good internship. From 10k a month to nothing at all. It really depended on your skills and guts to find the right internship and apply for the right one and working good at it.
Placement Experience
Not really great! However placements did happen and a lot of people got placed but the CTC or working terms were not very attractive. However many of them got decent opportunities for off campus selections.
College Events
Techno-cultural festivals are a norm. Annual Day, Freshers' day and Farewell Day are very well celebrated. There is also an annual sports week. Apart from this regular inter college events are also there.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Very affordable as compared to other colleges (of course! not government institutions). The fee is 67,500 per annum which includes tution fee, mess, books for 2 semesters and stationery for one year.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are scholarships for students. However I am not clear on the criteria and details. College does helps in getting you educational loans from banks.
Campus Life
Gender ratio is pretty harsh about 1:8. campus life was great, People used to conduct their own parties almost every alternate day. Hostel was always celebrating for something or the other. Fair amount of workshops and technical seminars were there. We had different clubs like cultural club, robotics club, fine arts club, logics club, personality development club, photography club, etc.
Hostel Facilities
Pathetic! Hostels from this institutions are the worst place you can ever live at. Dirty, unhygienic, restrictive, congested, and the food is all about having different colors of water in the name of sabzi/daal and chewing gum like chapati. PGs or rental
Alumni/Alumna
It is a ragging free campus. Seniors are helping and fun. They do everything in their power to help you. Sometimes it is hard to access them but then senior thing was totally cool.
Exam Structure
There were 2 mid term examinations, one assignment test and one main exam for each subject. Apart from this depending on the teacher's style, there might have been class tests or quizzes. Practicals have a different marking system
Faculty
Mixture of absolute asses to very cooperative. There were all kind of teachers. Those who were there just to make our lives hell to those who did everything in their power to make things easier for us.
