The infrastructure is very good. There this kind of infrastructure I have never seen in India. A big campus. It is located 13 km from city. 1 km from NH 58. There is no transportation for 1 km from highway to university gate
Course Curriculum Overview
Very nice course curriculum. The system is governed by Indian council of Agriculture Research. Very good pattern of examination. The courses also run according to ICAR. 20% internal, 30% practical exam, 50% external final examination
Placement Experience
Every year placements done by some private companies. In my course instead of internship there is provision of a six month Experiential Learning programme within campus. Most of students choose placements. Some go to higher education and others go to govt jobs preparation like Agriculture officers in state govt, Agriculture Field officers in Banks.
College Events
2nd Oct University foundation day. Every year University administration conducted an event on 2nd October. Convocation - Every year held in February and March. The day of convocation is a proud moment for every students and their parents.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible fee. Fee diposited semester wise. After that students who belong to poor family they get scholarship and full fee reimbursement from social welfare department govt of UP. The fee was at that time 13 K/ SEM.
Fees and Financial Aid
University fellowship given to PhD students. Maulana Azad Fellowship for minority students given by UGC. National talent scholarship from ICAR to ICAR students. Mandi parishad scholarship. Rajiv Gandhi National fellowship fellowship for PhD students.
Campus Life
A large sport stadium on the gate of University. Indoor stadium for Badminton and table tennis. A well equipped Gym in front of hostels located in University campus. Laboratory equipped with modern technologies.
Hostel Facilities
Very good infrastructure. Facilities was good. The food quality was not good. Someday food was good. Mess run by students co-operatively. Daily newspaper service. Television available in mess area. Chilled water available in mess area.
Admission
I have passed 12th standard in the year 2008 after that I was go to Kanpur for preparation of Entrance Examination. In the year 2009 again I applied for the entrance examination. Exam was conducted by UPCATET this time I secure a good rank.
Faculty
Good faculty members. Some of are brilliant. Some are loving. Most of faculty members are from GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology Pantnagar. University has colleges and colleges have departments.
