True Colors of Parul

Parul has done one thing very well that is organizing classes very well.Thanks to them I have enough time to concentrate on my other areas for skill development. The curriculum is not bad but not very good it is mediocore.They conduct two exams per semester, Mid semester and end semester.

I'm a first year student in Parul. Mostly first year students are not given much preference for internship opportunities and as of my knowledge nobody from first year has enrolled in an internship programme.I think we have more opportunities for internships starting from third year.

The college has a decent placement record, from what I heard from my seniors who are currently going for interviews and sitting for placements they said they had good chances at grabbing a good package but they said you should be skilled and they seriously test our knowledge.

Tution fees for B tech Artificial intelligence and Data science is 2 lakh rupees per year and the admission fees before joining the college would be 10000 and this 10000 is included in the total fee.Every year exam fees,lab fees and other miscellaneous fees would be 15000 rupees per year.There is no fee difference for students,all the students has the same fee structure except that the college provide some scholarships to ease students burden.

The campus life in Parul University is excellent. They conduct many fests and some of them are for the 31 Dec and the other is called DHOOM . There is nothing less for the events in Parul.The college has a library, gym,sports clubs etc.. .

Facilities at the hostel are good.You will be provided with a bed ,pillow ,bucket some other things.You will be having your personal desk for studying in the room. Registration will begin in the month of march every year, you should book hostels beforehand by paying a registration fee of 10000 rupees.

Firstly I wanted to go out of my state for graduation so I could get exposed to more opportunities and Parul offered the course I wanted to study at an affordable price compared to any other college. I have done my research and I found that the parul had very good Infrastructure and a decent placement record, then I decided to my graduation in Parul University.

Faculty to student ratio should be around 1:25 and the relationship between student and faculty is not very good.Personally I dont like the faculty and their teaching style.I never liked any of them because I think they dont have any knowledge on subjects except they come prepared for teaching lectures.

As I said the nightlife is excellent, there are many hangout places inside the campus,there are many cafes and canteens which has almost all kinds of food varieties.My favourite hangout place would be GREENZY beside the open theatre.9:30 pm is the gate closing time at the hostel , till then you can spend your time at your hangout places..
