- Infrastructure is good and the campus is spacious and surrounded by nature
- Faculties are expereinced and well educated with most of them PHD holders and masters in their subjects
- Labs well equiped with advanced tools and technologies
Dislikes
- Placements are not so par..Not so many companies visit for campus placemnets
- Fest and events at the college are not much
- There are no hostel facilities for boys.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum covers all the required subjects for computer scince,technical, non technical subjects are well covered with exams and practicals. Teaching method is conventional needs some improvements but theresources are not lagging if you are able tob utilize . The mid terms are held every alternate month and there are practicals after the second mid terms
Placement Experience
Studenst become elegibile for collge placements in 7th semester. companies visit the campus in 7th sem usually .Not so many campnies visit this college .This Year the campanies visited were denso,genus power,kvon tech.etc infosys for girls. the perecntage of students usualy placed in cs are approx are 90% but relying on off campus placemets. my plans are too for an off campus opporunity.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total fees per semester is 36k for self dunded seats with tution fee of 22000 ,caution fee is 7500 ,dev fee is 5500 ,uni dev fee is 1000 and you have to deposit 10000 as registration fee and the remaining 26000 as fee deposit . fees for sc./st is 13500 .Scholarships are avilable for sc/st student and other locasl scholarships for ajmer students
Campus Life
There is only one fest that is taringini.there are various clbs although like technical clubs like avishkaar ,literature club like arya and creative art society. the classroom have normal black board and a smart board. sports events like kabaddi , cricket and badminton , kho kho .NCC facility is also available and enviorment ckub is laso there
Admission
I choose this college because it is agivt. College with A+ grades and also this is in my home town so it was convinent and cheaper for me . other colleges in option for me were jecrc,manipal but these are private with high fees . The admission process for this college is through REAP(Rajasthan engineering admission process) which is held after the jee advanved results you need to filkl options for colleges in rajasthan and you will get allocated to one of the colleges according to the choices you filled. Eligibilty criteria is not so high you can get CS at 70%+ in 12th..Direct admissio facilit is also there
Faculty
The students to faculty ratio is good as there are not many students in batches..highest number of students is 100 that too in computer science branch. Faculties like dr .Jyoti gajrani are very supportive and well experienced and hold mastery in her subjects . There are 2 mid terms held in each semester which are very easy , only the topics taught by teacher are covered i this test..After these mid terms there are practicals and university exams
Night Life
There are no such night life as in college as there is not boys hostel. THere is no gym but there is a cafetria that too operates at college timming .Hostel timming for girls is they are not allowed outside after 4pm. The locailty is safe to roam arround for boys in night as girls are not allowed outside coillege at night
