Course Curriculum Overview

3

I chose MBBS because i wanted to be a doctor and surgery is my passion ane timing of the exams are somewhat okay its not too hard and its not easy as well my suggestions would be to divide people into gropus and give them proper encouragement and try to understand the student perspective there are skills labs and stuff it hepls us but not that much but it helps us to learn the basics

Internships Opportunities

4

After completing your mbbs cource which is 4 and half years you would start your interniship which is 1 year duration and you would rotate to all the departments and internship is very good in our college i mean they make you work very hard and it helps you tooo

Fees and Financial Aid

When i joined in 2019 the fee structure was 2200000 per year and 1st years were to stay in hostel only and the hostel fee was 300000 and if you get into this college through NRI quota then you have to pay 3500000 per year plus hostel fee there were no lab fee but if you break something you have to pay for it and my college has uniforms if you fail to comply then fines will be levied including shoes and id card...etc and coming to scholarships you can apply for a research project through ICMR and if you get selected then you would get scholarship and funding to complete the project

Campus Life

3

Campus life would be pretty much boring except for the cultural fests and sports meet conducted annually there are no student clubs and stuff technological wise its good they teach us using presentations library is very good they have all sorts of journals and books

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostel facility according to my opinion is average and food is pretty much boringgg registration process is pretty much the same as joining in the college get the admission form and pay the fee thats it and from second year i stay outside and the rent is around 25000 per month and i would adivice to come out with your friends to manage your expenses

Admission

There is nothing special in this college that made me choose this my score in the neet was around 320 so i dont have much choices to choose from and admission process was pretty much easy get the admission letter and submit in the office and pay the fee and you are good to go eligibility criteria of the exams would be attendence of 80% and IA marks atleast 50%

Faculty

3

Faculty members are adequately qualified teaching is okay but when you come from other states its somewhat tough because as my college is located in tamilnadu they almost teach everything in tamil so language barrier would be hard on students some faculty members are good ane they teach in english

Night Life

3

There is no such thing as nightlife in my college, hostellers are not supposed to go out or roam out after 5pm., both boys and girls hostels have gym and its good they have all the equipment there are not many famous places to visit inside the campus

Soon after studies there is no assured package but if you can get decent job offers from various hospitals with a min salary package of 60k. There is a lot of opportunities that you have after completing MBBS. Wide variety of opportunity to learn from.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course is very challenging obviously as we're studying to become doctors. it could've been better by increasing the duration of the course. our first year/ semester instead of it being for 12 months was only of 9-10 months so our portions are being pushed a little. it happened due the scam etc around neet and our course start date was pushed. the course could be made easier by increasing the duration of the course. we have exams every week which does make it easier to keep up with the portions but makes it too stressful for us. maybe instead of keeping exams on monday they could change it to saturday so we can relax and be free on sundays.

Placement Experience:

The students in their internship will get around 35000 per month excluding their mess fees, they have the option to opt out of the mess. And once they finish their internship they had to do two years bond in places where the colleges allot them and the salary for those two years will be decided by the place the person goes and itll be definitely more than what they get during internship.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Being a doctor, I can help people a lot. There is a lot to study and knowing the human body, to cure disease, and much more is a great experience. The curriculum prepares me to do great in my future endeavors. The thing I think they lack is a bit more clinical exposure for all students separately. Teaching methods are all good. They conduct exams after each important section, they teach. Around 6-7, internal exams are kept.
