What Students Say

Likes

Teachers are very supportive and other staff is also very supportive
Good library with a lot of books available and proper table, chair, lights and fans available
Campus is clean and maintained, proper computer labs with atleast 4gb graphic card in each system

Dislikes

Well for now as of my first year i didn't find anything which is bad
For BCA classes, there is no AC available in class but there are fans and proper lights
Students should really depends on themselves instead of college

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is designed very perfectly as i was thinking that there is no use of digital electronics in BCA but it is really needed cocept in programming. Same for other subjects. We have advance excel subject (SEC) which is great again.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many companies offer internships in our college like Code quotient and there are several other companies from Chandigarh which provides internships to college students. Student have practical experience of the industry

Placement Experience

Well MLN college is part of Mukand Group so there is JMIT in Radour and TIMT in YNR so the placement campus is kind of combined for these colleges as students can enter in the placements drives of these colleges. MLN college also provides student to enter in placement drives in other colleges too like in MMDU Mullana, Ambala

Fees and Financial Aid

Well the yearly fee of BCA is around 50000. There are less than 1000 registrations fee in total. There is Har chatarvriti Scholarship available for SC and BC category students but not for the general category.

Campus Life

There are clubs in which students can participate in different activities and can host and organize the events and activities. This practice helps students to develop overall skills interacting with everyone.

Admission

I found the staff and overall academics very amazing that's why i choose this college over other colleges. Also fee is affordable. College is providing much much services to students and it's totally depends on students what to grab or not. There are events and activities regulat which are very enjoyable.

Faculty

Well for the faculties, everyone is trained and experienced and I really found them very informative and experienced as they are doing their responsibilities very well. Attending lectures and solving student's problems. I like that There are total 8 university exams for BCA in first sem as of NEP.

Night Life

There is Gymnasium in college and we have sports available in college too like basketball, cricket, and other. Like table tennis and badminton. Any student can participate in college sports. Sports teacher helps students to participate.

Their is 90% placement in my college. Some students who don't want to job,they not take placements.Students of 5th semester is eligible for the placements. infosys give placement. 7 LPA is highest package.Minimum 60% is required for the placement.

Average college with low placement

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placement in their final year. The companies which visited are spektra system, tcs, subrol ,rise zonic the average package is around 4LPA and the highest package is around 8LPA .the percentage of students getting placement is low as most of the students could not pass test. My plans after getting BCA degree is to pursue MCA in a better college.

Me and my college campus.

There are many colleges in our city like Maharaja aggersen college , khalsa college, which is a government college and offer same courses in less fees . But i took admission in Mukand lal national college ( MLN COLLEGE ) , because our college have better environment, big playing ground , and better placement opportunities for the candidates. I also register for Maharaja aggersen college and they also give me opportunity to take admission in thier college but when i visited there i personally don't like the environment of that college. Don't ruin your college life by taking admission in this college

1.I got admission in DAV college , Punjab University, Chandigarh.But I did not chose that college as it was far awaw from my hometown and there was some family issue, so i was not able to reallocate. 2.I got rejection from DElhi University, as my percentage is 12th was not up to mark. 3.There is nothing like eligibility criteria and there are no entrance exams for most of the courses, just if you percentage around 60-70 you can easily get the admission....Read More
