JECRC University : The things you need to know !

The curriculum of MCA around the India is mostly the same but , in JECRC they added extra specialization and in their open eletive the subjects are still relavent to the computer application field that i prefer to help me in this computer field. For me the curriculam is okey not too great and not too bad. But still they are lacking the subjects that are very important in todays world in Computer field, they need to update the curriculum little bit.

The University conduct a CRT (Campus Recruitment Training) Program after that or in last phase of CRT the Companies started to come and offer internship, companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and more. the stipend are of around range of Rs 20000 - 50000/month. As i am at my first year i didn't apply and sit in any of the intership, and CRT program. This data is given by my senior at University.

The placement is good at JECRC University. the student are eligible for campus placement from 3rd semester. Companies like Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Samsung, Dell, Adobe are visiting campus. The heighest package was 52lpa from Microsoft, and average package is around 6lpa. Around between 400-500 student only get placed. I am planning to sit on oncampus recuitment and crack good companies and also i will apply off-campus after getting degree and work in IT Department.

I have paided Rs.170000 (1st semester 90000 + 2nd semester 80000 + 10000 at the time of admission that is not refundable). I have completed my first semester and soon going to start my second semester. You have to pay Rs.10000 as caution fee and that is not refundable. In first semester there is no scholarship provided from the university.

The biggest Annual and technical festival in our University is called Rhythm that took place on last week of febuary. The range of books are not too vast, but you will get general type of books in library. The dacilities and technological provision is not great in my department, but blackboard and projector that is rarely used by teachers. The seen in sports and extracurricular activities are very amazing at campus that always happen within months and on a regular basis. And University there are various clubs and ssocial groups that you can join and socialize more and improve yourself.

As i am a dayScholar, I actually didn't stay at hostel of University but there are my friend who are at hostel, so mainly they provide 2 type of room with AC and without AC. the hostel room is like , there are 3 room for 3 indivisual students and 1 washroom for them. And this pattern is followed by every hostel. The meal quality and menu is ok ok, not good just you can survive and fill your belly. The hostel fees are quit high then PGs near them , but there are many cons and pros for both of them. around in 1km you will find PGs but they are ok not too good.

Actually i didn't apply for other collages and universities as the placement is good in MCA at JECRC and it's close to my home and due to some reason i have to find university near my home, and i did BCA from her so i have decided to do MCA too from here. But in Jaipur the 3 university are JECRC , Poornima and Manipal University for MCA. So i decided to pursue from JECRC University.

1 teacher over 80 students, some faculty make a good bond, but majorty are not too good to make a good relationship with students they just want to finish there syllabus. The university conduct 3 In-Sem of 40marks, in which you have to give starting 2 exams, the 3rd one is for the students who are unable to give any one of 2 exams. And then 100 marks end-sem and practical exam at semester end. Exam difficulty is not too hard mostly student passed the exams.

There is no Group discussion , Interview or written test for the admission , you can just apply directly through there online website. Mainly the admission process is not hard , it's quit easy , your mostly work for admission is completed via there website. But you have to visit the admission block just to verify your documents. You don't have to prepare for any round for admission, because the admission is a direct process.

The best hangout place at University are Centeral Lawn, bunkers inside University and there are bunch of shop just in front of university, you can also hangout there. The Univerity main library close at around 7pm, and University is closed around 8pm for hostel girls and boys , and also for DayScholar. Mainly locality is safe. But if you inside university campus. Outside of university is safe but it's best to chill in a group.
