Likes

I liked the most is our canteen food.. we have daily variety menu
Infrastructure is beautiful also having libraries
Faculties are very friendly and mixing in nature

Dislikes

The worst thing is the placement in this college i disiked
Some seniors misbehave and ragging sometimes
As this is full of trees once we find cobra in our college

Course Curriculum Overview

I love engineering and my computer science course... in my college there is a little bit curriculum held per year... our exam levels are moderate not that difficult and not that easy.... if you study you can do it easily

Internships Opportunities

In our college so many big companies are come for internships and placements as i remembered only 3 companies drdo , tpcodl and infosys.... and also projects are provided to us to showcase our talents and all

Placement Experience

From 6th semeters onwards students gets placed through big big companies like infosys , drdo , tpcodl etc... highest package of this college is 12 lakh per annum and the average package is 2 to 3 lakhs per annum only ..

Fees and Financial Aid

Totally we pay including tuition fees , development fees , lab fees , and hostel fees is 70k per year ... but this is for non tfw students and for tfw students this is a little bit less money ... and also our college gives so many types of scholarships like nsp ... medha bruti, post matric etc.

Campus Life

Exuberance... arena.... variety festivals qlso different college techfest also we do in our colleges... classrooms are neat and clean with proper ventilation... we can borrow books from library only showing library card

Admission

No i didn't get rejection from other colleges i am quqlified in my first selection qs i give... i like the infrastructure but i didn't know about this placement before... only through jee examsone can enter in this college

Faculty

Faculties are so friendly and good to us but some of them are so strict and rude to us..... we like our physics and maths faculty ...and also our college takes so many exams per month like internals, semesters, surprise tests

Night Life

We have open gyms in our hostels to play and exercise... as i am a girl our main gate closed at night is 6:00 pm after that noone can allow likewise boys are allowed till 7:00 pm after that noone can allow in the hostel

As I love computers and I have deep intrest in computer science sk I choose this course. I learned much necessary things in the college. College should help and provide skills according to the students. There were hackathons done by the college which is a good step towards the development of students. Navigating KIIT : a comprehensive review of facilities and experiences

Placement Experience:

the placements are preety good in this college . however currenty the job market is down so it has impacted the college placements. from 6th semester onwards students become eligible for placements however the companies visit from 7th sem onwards . many renowned companies visit along with multiple startups offering from a range 4 lpa to 24 lpa all based on the potential of the students. the college offers a 100% placement but looking at current senario it seems difficult. mostly companies hire for sowftware engineers and product manager roles but , also provide marketing and sales job roles. 25 lakhs per annum is the highest package in the recent time average package is abput 5-10 lakhs per annum. though college promises 100% placements, the actual percentage is quite low about 50-60% students are getting placed which is also a result of the current job market scenario my plans after this degree is joining a company and finding my passion . i can also tink about my own startup based on my passion to make a change in the society .

Parala Maharaja Engineering College BERHAMPUR is a very good college for B.Tech in the branch like civil and electrical. I opt for civil because I have a interest in civil engineering. The college has a better infrastructure and better faculty in civil that’s why I chose civil and this college has better infrastructure than other colleges like Indira Gandhi institute of technology Sarang. It is a better place than what I have explored in this four year of my study. The faculties of civil engineering are very good. I opt for civil in this college because of the infrastructure that is better than the other colleges. The admission here is very simple. You have to submit the documents that you had uploaded at the time of counseling. The additional factor is that the aspiring candidate must have passed 12th grade and have appeared in JEE Main exam or OJEE Exam. After this the next process involves applying for counseling of OJEE. No I don't apply any other colleges my first preference is this college which I got admission. I choose this college because it's nearby my home town and the low price of fees structure.
