Likes

Staffs are friendly and teaching is good
Programs and functions conducted are appreciatable
Fees also okay compared to other College

Dislikes

Campus and the buildings are too old and very less toilet facilities
Classrooms are too old and no facilities even fans are not in good condition
So much money and fines are took from students

Course Curriculum Overview

I like chemistry so choose this course bt comparing to my ug,pg was very difficult the timing between exams is very less even before completing the lessons the exams will come it's hard to study in the small period of time

Class Size: 14Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Muslim arts college is located in kanyakumari district I have studied my pg course MSC chemistry there and it was a 2 years course and has 4 semester for each semester I have to pay 20000 for the institution and other than that there is exam fees for each subject and practicals also there are other extra curricular fees so my total institution fees is 80000 for 2 years and also total money I spent in my college would be around 1,20,000 and there are no scholarship schemes except for the Christian and sc students

Campus Life

No big festival or any other celebration is conducted but college day is conducted and other festival are celebrated in separate departments in their classroom sports and other extra activities are there and nss is a very important one

Admission

First I thought this college will be more free and friendly compared to other colleges ..and also thought the college is very big and infrastructures are nice bt okay this was a good college the celebrations were good .admision was done just bt the certificates no cut off or any other exams are required

Faculty

The staffs are friendly with the students bt also some staffs are too rude even they makes us to kneel down most of the staffs are good but some of them are too worst..the staffs I liked Jani mam ,Annie mam ,hency mam, benila mam ,rathika mam ,Sindhu mam they are good at teaching and has a friendly relationship with students the staff I don't liked is asha mam she made my classmates kneel down And talking about the exams thera are 4 sema and there are internal exams and model exams were conducted and also practicals .MSC chemistry exams are really tough most of the students were failed

Night Life

There are hostels in our college bt. I haven't been there so I don't know about that .. but there are no library or gym near by there are cafeteria and hotels are near also it was located near a main road

I choose this course is I like chemistry in 12th standard so I taken . The curriculum was selected me by entrance exam, i can clear it . All are good, just teaching in more detail about topic. Not at all the exam timeing is correct to do exam.

Placements are not good literally since companies will offer only 3 lpa and below 20 % of the students only gets placed , generally students from 4 th semester are eligible for placements for geology students companies like RAMCO, some other cement industries and GIS based companies will recruit students based on their skill, I'm already working in Geophysical based company after completing my degree I will use that experience to get placed in top oil oriented company
