- The Campus area is huge and is just filled with beautiful greenary
- Surroundings of the campus is awesome easy to reach and is near commercial area
- The classrooms are huge and lift facility is provided for students
Dislikes
- There are no benches, chair like sitting is there for students which isn't comfortable
- The electricity goes oftenly and the protecter lags many of the time
- Overall it isnt value for money at all. Teachers are also not experienced
Course Curriculum Overview
In the first sem they cover the basics of programming and coding, and the subjects or topics in the coming semesters are highly relevant in the programming or the software world. To improve the spoken English they also conduct english classes
Fees and Financial Aid
The total per annum fees is 155000 and there are two installments and loan option is also available. There's no scholarship based admission or merit based. The fees is same for all categories, they said the scholarship (mahadbt) will be introduced but for the time, nothing is there
Campus Life
The infrastructure of The SPPU is just top class, there are several sports complexes, free gym subscription is provided for the students of SPPU, there are students organisation such as Abvp which is the biggest student organisation in the world, they also organise many events such as book fest, hackathon
Admission
During the boards exam itself, I had my mind cleared that I will go for pursuing a software programme whether it'll be data science or computer science, in 2023 I got admission in modern college for mechanical engineering, but I wasn't interested there so I opted out and pune University is obviously known as oxford of East and the programme which I wanted was there is the SPPU. The process is simple first you have to fill the application form then you have to give an online test on that merit basis your admission is decided and then you have to submit your original documents
Faculty
Earlier the faculty was so soft spoken or they were softly with the students but right after 2 days they started showing their true colors, extremely rude and a bit partiality in behaviours of teacher between boys and girls. There are more number of boys than the girls, in each class 120 strength is there, and total 4 teachers are there
Interview Experience
The syllabus for the admission test was just basics of 12th and 11th, aptitude questions and general knowledge. Visit the college once physically or contact them through phone then fill the application form, give the entrance test and then on basis of that your admission will be confirmed
Night Life
There are many hostels right inside the campus and the campus is soo huge, there are several cafes, mess and snacks center situated in the campus, they also provide free lunch like khichdi rice, there are several security points in the campus, if someone outsider is there they are intruded by the guards so it is very much safe and whole campus is covered under cctv surveillance
