Course Curriculum Overview
I have decided to chose law and it had enough reputation so i choosed . In law field the subject matter won't get you ready for the real world. But colleges are providing time for doing internship and they provide exemption for assessment internship We were Covid batch so there were no stipulated time period but they managed to graduate us in the stipulated time
Internships Opportunities
Internships opportunities are given by the colleges to an extent but not to accomodate all the students. As our curriculum mandates 20 weeks of internship we should find most of the internships, we should only found out. Stipend depends upon the places you are getting in.most of the internships are unpaid In internships you are exposed to how the real world is working
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure for my year was 1.8 L per annum. For kannada students there is a relaxation of 20 k which amounts to 1.6 L per annum. The Fees for current years are somewhere around 2.1 Lakh per annum No scholarships are provided
Campus Life
We will have limited festival celebration which consist of kannada rajyotsava, pongal and cultural festival The library is awesome. It provides a vast number of books Sports committees are there but not that much efficient There are different clubs which is good for networking and also they are pretty well
Admission
I applied to this college because it has good reputation over other colleges I didn't applied for any other colleges The admissions are based on merit basis followed with an interview. I am not sure about the management quota
Faculty
Faculties are a mixture of friendly and non friendly members Mine was of 80 -20 pattern . Which consist of 80 marks from university and 20 marks from college. Internal marks depends upon faculty University marking systems are worst
Night Life
We only have canteens and it will close once the college gets over We can use the canteen of engineering that's pretty much big Medical campus is also good which we can use The major attraction is the bhel road which is just near the college which you can find every thing..from restobars to major brands
