An okayish college to study

Speaking about the cirriculum of the college we have some technical subjects apart from theory which we use in the industry like coding class and soft skills class.the cirriculum of the college is good but the implementation of the cirriculum very bad most of these classes wont even happen.The exams are pretty easy as they are conducted by our college but the sem exams are very hard.

There are not many companys and internships that are available in our college.The many internship program is RIT program which is basically a tie up with the german company called RISE where the company personnel come to our college to teach industry skills and also provide oppurtunities to study in germany.This is a very useful peogram.

My college is affiliated under jntua and is not autonomus.The basic fees structure of my college is 1 lakh and twenty thousand for cse which is the top branch.If you join in the college by governement seat which is by qualifying in eamcet then your fees will be 30k which will be paid by the governement.For ece you will pay 80k and for the civil,eee and mech you will pay around 60 to 70 k anually.apart from this our college also has a special fees (15k) which covers the fee for labs and other expenditure and this must be paid by all the the students.the hostel fees is 70k.Our college has a scholarship program which covers both hostel and college fee and is only applicable to civil,mech and eee branches.

The college overall experience is ok i would say as it is neither boring nor too exciting.there is a fest conducted by each brach everey few months.Our college also conducts expo in which we can show case our projects.the library has all the therory books needed and nothing else.Every classroom in the college has a projector.Cricket, Volleyball and kabbadi are the sports that are plays and tournements are also conducted on these sports during the department fests.there are no clubs or student run groups in our college if they say there are then it is for name sake only.

If you want join in the hostel then first you have to pay half your fees and then you are given a slip with the room no on it.the rooms are bad and if not sufficient there can be 8 members in a rom sufficient for 4 members.Coming to the food morning we get tiffin items like idli, upma etc then afternoon it is rice sambar and some curry.In the night we get a chapati and some anonymous curry which is very bad and the curd is so watery.As the hostel is noot good i have rented a double bedroom flat for 8.5k sharing with my friends which is way better.The room is 10 min from the college and you can fins many rooms and pgs at that particular distance from the college

I ended up in this college by mistake .I actually tought of going to srm or vit in chennai but i never had the financial build to go there so I joined in this college. The joining process for this college is either you go through eamcet or you pay donation.So if you qualify in eamcet and you got the seat in thid pariticular college according to your rank first you will get an allotment letter which much be shown in the college and then you can join.if you want to join by paying donation then you have to spack with the chairman of the college about your fees structure and then join.

The faculty are mostly good or should i say ok.They teach well but we dont have enough labs or equipment to learn more.there are 9 to 10 subjects in each semister and we have one faculty for each subject.there are 2 internal mids and an external lab that are conducted before final sem exam so the mid and labs are corrected by our college but the sem is conducted by jntua.

There is one cafeteria in our college that closes at 5:30 in the evening.the girls are allowed untill 6 in the evening to roam in the campus after 6 they are locked in the hotel.For boys they can play untill 7pm for girls(6pm) ,and they can roam in the campus untill 10 after which they too are locked inside the hostel.there are no gyms in the campus and the favorite hanging spota is ground
