Likes

My college provide the best exposure for industrial project.
I did my internship program from IIT Kanpur as it was recommended from my HOD.
Infrastructure wise very good, updated laboratory with all possible equipments.

Dislikes

Examination pattern is quite disappointed
There is unhealthy competition among students.
You have to learnt all the laboratory task all on your own.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course duration was quite uneven, there is no definite almanac directed by the university and if so than university itself do not follow up, this makes students suffer and results there poor academic performance

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like BHEL, HAL, ISRO etc. provide a better experience by giving us opportunity to learn in there institution. My college specially known for research in astronomy and atmosphere science, HoD have specialisation in astrophysics

Placement Experience

In my course generally most of the students got placed at very good perks in companies like BHEL, HAL etc , faculty have student and provide them better exposure to explore over , and sometimes students by themselves get placement

Fees and Financial Aid

As i was enrolled in Master's program in physics, and college was affiliated to government fee structure is quite affordable it cost around Rs.10000 for my program, A student from my batch got gold medal.

Campus Life

I really enjoy my college life , here i learnt a lot of how to interact people, how to make project,excel learnt language like python, java . They give me opportunity to thought there as a guest faculty.

Admission

My college name ppn which is affiliated to Chhatrapati shahu Ji Maharaj University, is best among the other affiliated colleges, cause they have best laboratory, library and Wi-Fi facilities, huge sports complex.

Faculty

They offer the best possible facilities in compare to other colleges, there is proper WiFi facilities digital libraries and canteen along with up to date equipment for your practical. There is also NCC program team , a huge ground where inter college competition held and promote a healthy culture among students.

Night Life

My college provide all possible facilities that are basic for every college like huge ground, cafeteria, canteen, library and digital libraries for each department.There is no hostel facilities, my college is nearby the z square mall ( biggest mall in kanpur).

My honest opinion about my university

Course Curriculum Overview:

Yes tha curriculum are well structured and good for every exams because I have to go to civil field that's why I chose due to there interdisciplinary studies and connection to every exams and filed The curriculum is good and prepare for rural society and also provide further research opportunities for future in the rural technology and society The curriculum needs to be for technical and entrepreneurship based There is 3 hour exam for semester and the level of questions paper in exam is moderate to hard .

Course Curriculum Overview:

This is a postgraduate course so I took admitted to this course because I want to become a lecturer (Professor). So after doing this I want to pursue a doctorate degree. Teacher student ratio in this course is 1:60 In this college, there are both permanent faculty and guest faculty. Permanent faculty has better teaching skills than the guest faculty because the majority of them are students who pursue doctorate degrees under the guidance of this college's Professors. They generally lack experience. The teaching method is excellent for permanent faculty. Exams are held timely. One is held in the month of December and the other in May. There are four semesters in this course. The paper level is difficult. One needs a descriptive knowledge of the subject to score good marks in examinations. Previous year papers can provide a lot of help.

I choose this collge over other college because firstly I belong to this city and this is a only government College in my Kanpur city which provied a quality of education. I didn't applied any other Colleges so I didn't get rejected from any other Colleges. The admission process of this college is very simpler first fill the university admission form that is 300 fees and then fill all the other information in smarth portal that is generalised database of so many colleges then the faculty and the college coordinators will approve your admission and sent you a email to come over college and give the writen paper and an interview and then you will enter in your college and admission granted.
