Likes

The staff is well trained , theres a badminton court and swimmers pool

Dislikes

There is no independence, you cannot go out anywhere other than sunday which is also only during 10 am to 2pm

Course Curriculum Overview

They mainly focus on theoretical aspects , which i think is not necessary, student's are not getting practical knowledge No exposure to practical knowledge The curriculum is pretty hectic with a lot of subjects to manage

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college provides internship after 4.5 yrs They do not provide any stipend , no stipend at all, youve to work as an intern in their hospital, for a year , 1yr of internship, There is no campus selection since ut is a medical college

Fees and Financial Aid

Since i got an AIQ seat i pay around 2lks every year, the state reservation seats will have to pay 90000 per year and the management seats will pay 4lks per year There is no any special scholarship provided by college The hostel fee is around 78k per year

Campus Life

There is no annual or technical festivals , not much importance is given to extra curriculum activities, the accessibility of books in library is pretty good, library is vast and has all the required books, they conduct sports once a year

Hostel Facilities

They do not provide any facilities apart from water and mess food which is bad, breakfast is good , but the meals are all vegetarian and bad , the mess fee is 3k per month and pretty high for such food

Admission

I chose this college become i was alloted here in 2nd round counseling, also since its near to home i had applied here The admission procedure is through KEA website and to b honest about my overall admission experience to this college is , i regret it

Faculty

The facilities arecpretty good There are 3 internal exams , 1 preparatory exam, 1 final exam There are about 30 faculties to 100 students (who teach 6 subjects) Faculties are well approachable, they are always ready to help you out

Night Life

There is no night life , we have to be hostel before 6pm , there is a swimming pool and badminton court in the campus , that's the only good thing here, Famous hangout places, theres a cafeteria, pizzeria, juice centre

Placement Experience:

After 3 rd year students become eligible for intership . The percentage of getting intership is 70 percent. Highest package is of 12 to 15 lakh per year and lowest is 6 lakh . My plans after getting the degree is to open up the clinic in my hometown and do the service in government hospital.

As ayurveda is the ancient form of Indian medicine. I choose this course to learn more about ayurveda and to promote ayurveda. This course is of 4.5 years plus 1 year internship. 4.5 year curriculum includes 3 phases of 1.5 year each.

The approch of ayurveda to patient is subjective as it focuses on each body type rather than general approach for disease. Course Curriculum Overview:

As nowadays ayurveda is growing. So its really a good course and a good future is there in this course. That's why i toook this course. exams are tough. They prepare you guys to get into this competitive world. All the things are good in itself. Teachers are the best here. They are very supportive and helping. Periodic tests held every 25 to 30 days. And semester exams held after every 6 months.
