Course Curriculum Overview

The MBBS course provided by Sharda University is for the duration of 5 years and 6 months total where there is 4 and half years is for the academics and 1 year compulsory internship for the MBBS students. This course is approved and regulated by the Medical Council of India(MCI). The exam pattern is semester wise.

College Events

There are the events celebrated during whole the year in which mainly are Chorus where celebrities perform live and University's students given the chance to showcase their talent. Fresher Party, farewell, Seasonal and cultural fests are also celebrated.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for the MBBS course is a little expensive but it's ok as it is a private University having the course such as MBBS on its campus. Total fees are charged by the University for MBBS course is around 73 Lakhs for the whole course as the fees only.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, scholarship available there is the merit scholarship for all courses except a medical and dentist course where these course courses are a little costly but still there is no scholarship from the university side for us.

Campus Life

Yes, our life during college was great as we enjoyed every moment while studying, we have made many life long friends in the college, now we are doing our internship and we miss the college campus life.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, the SMSR-Sharda University organizes the alumni meet every year and give the chance to students to interact with their senior students so that they can know the college better.

Admission

Admission is purely based on the marks scored in the NEET exam but the main criteria are that one should have cleared his/her HSC with 50% having the subjects physics, chemistry, biology and English mandatory in the HSC level.

There are clinics which give us experience of real world and opportunities to apply knowledge. Using newer technology could be beneficial. Course Curriculum Overview:

When I was in 2nd class then on report card I have to write which is your aim in future or what you want to become in future . Then there I I choose that I want to become a doctor and from then I I have dream that I become eligible doctor . Second doctor is very noble profession and it is my honour that I am serving the people and save the lives of the people . This profession teaches me a lot like how to cope with the situations and how to react very quickly in every situation . It help us to improve our skills and also our mental health and makes a strong mentally and emotionally .. I should suggest that there is a improvement in online lectures also provided for the MBBS course because there is little bit difficulty in the college to go there and study there because some scarcity of faculties in the college so qualitative education is not provided as it should be provided. The MBBS course offers four exams which are little bit hard to clear and there is little difficulty in clearing the exam. The timing of the exam is from 9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m.. The terminal occurs at the gap of 3 months while the pre professional exam and the professional exam occur at the gap of 1 month.

It was my dream destination career wise to choose MBBS . MBBS connects you to life and death the two most important aspects of being a human on this planet . Having a power to cure someone and make people smile and live again with health is something else. As in our India the population to doctor ratio is very less hence it's important for the young generation to understand and evaluate the decision of serving the country this way. MBBS is dream for many but reality for very few students all over the country. But the people reaching here face toxic culture also , as prestigious it is as disturbing sometimes it becomes , people over here do not understand the mental health of others So this aspect should be taken in to care and medicos should be handled with care by the society, government and also the seniors . My rank wasn't sufficient to get a government medical College. Being a native of North India I considered this college because it is one of the best in North region with great infrastructure and quality education . Also one main factor that one should consider is overall budget of college . The fees of this college is definitely way too higher than government medical colleges but quite comparable and on the lower side when compared to private medical colleges .
