A honest review

I chose Electrical and Electronics Engineering based on my intrest only because I dont have any intrest in computer science because from my chilhood i was very poor in computers.My forte was Mathematics and Science,so I chose EEE as my major.As i mentioned the college cirriculum prepares us in a very practical way so it is useful for further academic pursuits.

There are companies that provides internships and those companies comes under AICTE so students are suggested to apply in those websites and complete the total internship.After the completion of the internship our college conducts review and judge our learning and marks are posted based on our performance.

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements.We are recession affected batch so not many campuses visited our college during our time. Some visited companies are Accenture,Skillhac etc.. There is no highest package those who received jobs comes under the same package ie,3.5lpa percentage of students getting placed from my college would be 20 percent.

I paid total of 2,30,000 for my btech and i come under conveyer quota.I didnot get any fee reiumbursment as my mother is a government employee.During the four year course every year I used to pay building fund,library fee,lab fee etc for about 4500.But in my final year that fee is extended upto 6000 as my college got a recognition from NAAC with A++.Our college provided scholarships for the merit students in each and every branch from our college side.And extra mandatory fee for every academic year is CRT which costs around 20000 that needs to be paid on yearly basis.Management quota students paid more fee than me because they need to buy the seat.And later on for our juniors yearly fees has been increased because our college became Autonomous.

Our college celebrates every festival .Coming to fests yearly once YUVTARANG is celebrated with many special guests and we the students eagerly wait for that time of the year.Our teaching system is continued with the projecter only.There are many clubs in our college .

I only applied to this college because my parents disliked the co-education.So they want me to dropout from study if i were to study in co-education.So i thought this is the best option for me to complete engineering in womens campus. AP-EAMCET is the exam through which admission process takes place and based upon the ranks we achieved in EAMCET we were accepted by different courses in our college.

In our department mostly we have gent faculty.Basically for our course the faculty needs to be so strict for the safety of the students because we deal with power circuits.So our faculty are a bit rude for our safety purpose only.I personally like each and every faculty in our department. As coming to exams,for each semester we write 2 mid examinations,1 internal,1 external and finally semester examinations.For our batch we followed JNTU-GV cirriculum.But now our colloge became autonomous so it has its own cirriculum.

There is no gym in the campus but we have some equipment in the ground of our college.There is cafeteria present and library too.Hostel and campus timings are almost similar and corresponds.Our college playground and cafeteria is the only places we will hang out.
