- Campus is surrounded by domestic animals which creates nuisance
- Except 4 or 5 faculty from my department others are inexperienced and lagging skill to teach or explain concepts
Course Curriculum Overview
Civil engineering is ancient and pride course of engineering I love to construct building and design structure It prepares me in a distinct way where i am capable for serving this nation as a good civil engineer. Surveying course of civil needs an improvement and many practical lab session are requested to include in the syllabus Exam frequency may be conducted once in two months

As we are pursuing NBA accredited course We are supposed to attend intership only after sem 5 On or before the enrollment of intership before the eligibility of attending intership The compaies afe still in being search

Placements are offered for the students of semester 7 and 8 The compaies we had offer is TCS ,wipro,valist, staples,nyu sigma,Mphasis, Accenture,DXC , Amazon etc Highest package received is a student from ece department chandra Yamuna and the package was 54LPA Around 79% of students are getting palced in our campus

The total fee is 112000 for civil branch Tuition fee for civil is 75000 Transport fee is 37000 Caution deposit 5000 Other fee is 20000 Other fee is for the textbook abd equipment for the students I'm a 7.5 Govt quota student My fee payment for entire graduation is 5000 There are also other scholarship scheme like PMSS First Graduate BC scholarship
Campus Life
Our college campus life is very enjoyable according to me Even if anyone join this college they would also enjoy their campus life In our campus they conduct a event Aavishaar, a Traditional event of our college conducted every year . Also events like Diwali,Pongal, Christmas,New Year ,Golu is also conducted Each and every classroom are having projectors And every activity hall is equipped with digital display. The famous is surrounded by cctv cameras.
Admission
I chose vel tech over other colleges because my college has many milestone achievements in both academic and sports VTHT college guarantees placement and this college has many tie ups with top MNCs and Industries I actually appeared in neet exam i was ready to join a medical college but VTHT helped me financially by providing less fee No I didn't get any rejection As I meant already i have a. Dream to become a civil engineer Admission process is a little headache First we need to submit the certificates of School TC Marksheet (12th,10th) Income certificate Community certificate Provisional allotment order Then we have to pay the entire fees And then they insist us to join the college from the next day
Faculty
Faculty student ratio will be 23:51 Faculty student relationship is little complicated and not so friendly in our department Mathi Maran sir is the honest faculty who lives and teaches genuinely and very strict in studies The worst faculty is Kavitha mam We need to be careful with her. She is not that experienced to teach There are totally 9 exams per semester Exams are going to be really tough if the preparation is worst. It is easy to clear all the exams here
Night Life
Cafeteria is situated in our campus The canteens are SS food court,Fat boys , durga snacks etc Outside the campus we have outlet like BetsoCafe,KaapiDay, Coffee Mug Etc situated in a radius of 2 km aournd the campus. As i am a day scholar i have bi idea about hostel But hostel closing time is 8 pm
