Govt College Review

The course curriculm is well designed for students to pursue career in accounting and business management. The students who pursue CA, CS, CMA or any professional course, this course is base for them. It prepares you really well for practical world to analyse and make account's and audit them. The area of improvememt is more practical things to be done to find out the real work after degree. The exams are conducted once in a year so studnets get a lot of time for preparation.

The internship opportunities or the college doesn't provide placement over here. The students themselves have to find out the internships and placements as per their courses, but the college has started a different program to boost startups. And that is, Inest where students can showcase their business ideas and a different persons are in every person's of in and around the city. They listen the ideas and invested them and encourage the students to start their startup.

Yearly fee structure is in two installments. First in july and remaining during exma form submission. The books costs around 2000/- The admission form fees yearly is 1000/-for general category and 700 for sc, st, obc. The exam form fees is around 1200. The finacial aid and scholarship provided is various state govt . Schemes for girls or meritorious students.

An annual fest is organized every year where different competition related to dance, music happens. A function called sargam organized every year to enhance music and singers of the college. The library has total 5000+ books for different courses. The classrooms are well lit and furnished, having windows, proper sunlight, fans are available. Different sports Competitions are organized to enhance the sports activities like a badminton, cricket for boys and girls etc. Yeah different social groups and clubs and student portals are also run by different groups for conduction of blood donation, city cleaning activities, plantation activities, yoga meditation etc.

I had applied for Govt. Lohia college only beacuse it allows me to pusure CA alongside. Also the teachers are really well which provides teaching for CA as well so an additional benefit in CA as well as in Bcom amd Mcom No I have not applied for other colleges. The admission process is on merit based.Above 75% in previous class or degree lets you admission in next degree. No exams are conducted for admission. Overall admission experience is quite good.

The faculty are very understanding, well behaved. Few faculties knowledge level is really good that they even help you beyond your course to help you achieve your goals. 1 faculty to 55 students Faculty I like the most is mahaveer sir and vinita maam. There are yearly exams one time but now due to change in education system semester approach has been started. So twice in a year for masters. Around 10% students unable to clear exam. The course curriculm is really well. It helped me in my CA exams as well.

The college is in the mid of city. Mostly college students are outside the city so easy for them to Catch train or bus to go back to the home. The bus stand and the raiway station is just two hundred three hundred meters away more than ten cafeterias are available in and around campus. Other than campus library, there are 5 plus libraries nearby the college campus where you can go and read the books and complete your assignments and also warm and cool environment.
