The university provides facility of commuting to avoid the difficulty to the students to reach from far flung areas of the city. The university has pressed into service a fleet of buses for the this purpose.
Entrance Preview
Admission to this college was based on the marks a student scores in his/her class 12 board examinations. I gave CBSE board examinations in year 2014 and got an aggregate of 98% in commerce stream. I opted for this particular university because of its reputation around the nation and its ranking of being the best college for commerce aspirants.
Internships Opportunities
Most persons who want to pursue M.COM opt for a summer internship during the yearly college holidays. Not many companies come to the campus for summer internships but persons who try on their own do get a average 5-10 K stipend per month.
Campus Life
The gender ratio is quite favourable with the number of girls and boys being nearly equal in strength. Extracurricular activities are regularly undertaken and with great enthusiasm.
Hostel Facilities
it is commendable to have enough activities to keep the mind fresh and body fit for the next day. Keeping this in mind the institute features the following extra curricular activities that are regularly organized at the institute from time to time. Work shops and Seminars , Guest Lectures, college festival, Excursions, Educational tours.
Exam Structure
Only the university exams which were held yearly. It was not much hectic. The internal marks were given some weightage based on projects,attendance. Overall was chilled out.
