College is best upon its duties , management is good but notice comes here too late and overall a good college to study and have fun

Course Curriculum Overview

Every year faculties work here to update the syllabus as per ABED system of education as they follow this type of education system 1st year is all about class 11th and 12th, you will find it very helpful for your future and will learn something everyday.so ,i would say ITER is research driven.

College Events

Every year, the college organizes 3-4 events like SOA MUN, annual function, and other singing or dancing performance. Every year, approximately 3000 students take admission here, which shows how good the college is. Students who scored above 70% in 12th and 10th are awarded a scholarship amount of around Rs.10,000-20,000, which is awesome.

Fee Structure And Facilities

When i took admission here in 2018, course fee here was 2,29,000 but now in 2019 its 2,35,000, hostel fees and mess charges cost you around 75,000 and other expenses like eating snacks and other consumables would cost you around 4000 per month and if you prefer gym then take another 2000 per month for that.

Fees and Financial Aid

I haven't opted for any education loan or scholarship but college provides you an opportunity to take loan from pnb bank and also provides scholarships for students who scored well in 10th and 12th.

Campus Life

Campus crowd is awesome. You will find all types of people here with students coming from many other states. All necessary and valuable items are available in the vicinity of the campus and it is also close to the airport and the main bus stand. Good to see all so friendly here.

Alumni/Alumna

All the seniors here will help you out if you face any difficulty but you have to ask them first for help.

Admission

I had given SAAT exam where I got decent marks and qualified for CSIT branch, taking admission here is not a tough job , if you know good about NCERT then you can definitely get a good branch here, you can also get here through jee mains and overall admission process is not tough.

Faculty

All the faculties here give true efforts Faculty members in our college are mostly IITians and holding masters and PhD degree. All teachers focus on a particular student. If you have any doubts, then you can meet them in their chamber, and they will help you to solve it easily. Every year has two-semester, and each semester has five subjects to study, and ITER runs on ABED America study pattern. So overall, it is good.

Review ITER

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the third year itself. In this placement season more than 90 percent of the eligible students got placed in several companies. The highest and average are yet not known. Several companies visited the campus with prominent ones being Microsoft, Dell, Xerox, Flipkart and more including several startups. After getting a degree if I am able to land a job the ok otherwise I will start my preparation for the defence sector or civil services.

I am in my final year and 80% of my classmates including me are already placed. All top MNCs comes to our campus and currently most students are placed in the ranked of 10-20 LPA of CSE branch and top placement was of 52 LPA.

So talking about placements then the placement trainings get started from your 5th sem onwards and you will be trained upon diff params and from 7th sem onwards campus drives gets started and around 30 companies visits each year and all the mncs comes for campus drives starting from pwc , Deloitte , accenture to tcs , infosys and ibm . So you will get ample opportunities if you have 60% score in your career

I had also applied for Chandigarh University in Mohali for a BE degreen in CSE(AI and ML). I got admission there based on their online test CUCET. But I had to choose my college over CU because upon going there i realised that the university was far from the main city and also the environment inside the college is more shifted towards fun and parties which didn't align with my personal life. I had also given IMU examination and secured an AIR 307 but because of i was underweight i couldn't make it. My first impression of the college I chose

I applied in vit chennai , lpu , kiit , and vit bhopal . I got confirmed admission from all the colleges but i chose this college as it was in my hometown and the rating and education background of the college was impressible.
