In first yr anatomy physiology biochemistry it helps for the basics In second yr pathology microbiology pharmacology and dental materials In third yr it is oral pathology, general medicine,general surgery In fourth yr it includes all the dept of dentistry I think area to be improved is forensic dentistry, i think it should be included as a subject to study in detail. We get 1 month study leave before university exam And each exam has 3 hrs to write the exam

After 4.5 yrs of studies. 1 yr of internship that is known as house surgency. We are posted in different depts. Around 27000 rs are given as stipent got each intern. A housesurgen should work for 365 days.

Since this is an govt institution, yearly fees is only about 28000 For me the fees during admission was around 45000 which includes tution fee,caution fee,lab fee, van fee, hostel fee, estabiishment fee. Mess fee is paid monthly. It is paid for the food for each day

This college gives better exposure to various extracuricular activities there include arts, sports. Various clubs ate here which include dance club,music club, sports club,arts club Yearly arts festival, college day, sports day , interdental programs are there, which provide students to showcase their talents

Hostel is clean and better. Meal quality can be improved . Monthly mess fee is paid .which is below 110rs per day.Hostel fee is 850 which is paid yearly Toilets ,bathrooms are cleaned by cleaning staffs daily.

I opted govt dental college kozhikode and kannur. I got admission in govt dental college kannur. By my rank in neet examination. I didnt get admission in kozhikode dental college because i didnt score which is required for admission there. Amiision to this college is through neet examination and its score to be entered in keam website by the why we will get admission.

Almost all faculties are approachable.For me after attending clinical cases , felt that faculties are approachable, since they explain thoroughly. The faculty I like most is Dr Ranjith from dept of orthodontics. He is so friendly and approachable. Explain everything in simple terms and we are free to contact for any problem.

Nightlife experience is better. The spots include amphitheatre, nucleus, synthetic track, pamcos canteen For girls till 9 pm they can go out , after 9pm they should enter in register . Our hostel provide gym , and kappa is open everyday at night for 30min which has necessary items like sanitary pad,books,snacks like biscuits
