I like many things about my college like location, faculty and many more things
All teachers are well educated and experienced
They help in many ways about placement to any competative examination

I don't like message food and wheather and auto driver
I don't like college management because they didn't organise any fest

Course Curriculum Overview

Placement of my course is food and here is more scope of ece students. They provide well practical class related to topic and they help in reasearch and development. exam in not very difficult they teach very well

Internships Opportunities

Many companies came here for recruitment of students and they provide us very good opportunity. And give us very good stipend about 2lakh to 3 lakh . Many companies came to recruit us company like samsung deolite Zomato etd

Placement Experience

From third year students are eligible for in getting placement and they provide good opportunity. Average package is 6.5 lakhs and highest package is 42lakh . And off campus placement is 1 cr approx 80 to 90 percentage students get placed

Fees and Financial Aid

I pay in installments and first I pay 1st installment 75000 ,2nd 75000 and last installment 85000. My tution fee is 235000, caution money is 10000 for college and 5000 for hostel and all the other fee are included in caution money. For cse tution fee is 255000. Scholar shio is included on the basis of your chpa

Campus Life

Here is many clubs like social society, dancing, drama , flying club . Yes this impact in their daily life.there schedule is very hectic . Yes here we play sports. Management organise many sports tournament

Admission

No I never applied in any other college. My first preference is this college. I like this college they provide us very very good placement they provide food amount of opportunity . I like this college very well

Faculty

Faculty are very helpful to students and management helps in placement and schedule are very less hectic. Exam pattern are not very difficult. Faculty explain students very well and they teach us very well

Night Life

Gym is not so big . Library is huge and all type of books are available in library. At night college in time is 7to 8 pm . And management are strict about our safety and they are very strict about safety

placements are average...not feels like an iit but its ok ...this yaer percentage of placement was 90% and highest ctc was of 67.4 LPA with median of 12LPA and average of 17 LPA ...most of the placements for SDE roles. My plan is to finish my degree as soon as possible and get placed for a SDE role so that i can survive

Placement Experience:

The placement stats of IIT Bhubaneswar are quite good. For the 2025 placement season, the highest CTC was 67.6 LPA and the mean CTC was 14.5 LPA, with a total of 22 PPO offers. Approximately 90% students were placed this year. Major recruiters were Google, Oracle, Zomato, Goldman Sachs, NVIDIA and Meesho. This year, there were 5 international offers (4 from Accenture Japan and 1 core offer from Niterra Japan).

A balanced blend of learning,growth, and memories

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is fairly comprhensive covering core subjects in the first two years and advanced electives like AI,cloud and Data analytics later, which influenced my decision to join. It balances theory with labs and projects,preparing students for real-world applications and higher studies. Exams are held twice a semester plus finals with moderate difficulty. Improvement is needed in making some courses ore practical and updating a few outdated topics.

Honest and Genuine review of NIT Rourkela

Placement Experience:

So the students become eligible for placemant usually from the 7th semester of the Btech which is from the 4th year and the internship opportunities are available from the 3rd year onwards that is from 5th and 6th semester. So in year 2024-25 the number of companies that visited The campus is around 330 And the total job offers offered is about 1200. So the highest package in the EC branch is about 1.2 crore per annum and the average package for the EC branch is around 13 to 14 lakhs. And the Profile of jobs are core electronics, VLSI and semiconductor roles ,system and embedded developments, software engineering, IT services, consulting and analytics. The percentage of student which are getting placed are in the range of 90 to 99% for ECE branch. The top recruiters are Apple Google, Microsoft, Amazon, wipro, Deloitte, Tata,Vedanta etc. After completing my degree in ECE from NIT Rourkela my plan is to join the core technology sector as a VLSI and semiconductor engineer in a reputed multinational Companies, leveraging the strong foundation and industrial exposure gained during my studies in case I do not secure a campus placement I aim to pursue the off campus opportunities in electronics, IT or analytics sectors. Alternatively I am open to perceive higher studies in MBA to specialize in the management sector.

NOT AN IDEAL COLLEGE BUT DEFINITELY DESCENT

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is descent. Some of the student opt for higher studies. Almost 80% get placed with good packages.some goes for gate exam. I also know a senior who have gate AIR of 42. I am planning for gate along with my degree.companies like Hpcl , cpcl, exon mobil usually come here for recruiting.

Remarks:

College is surrounded by beautiful nature. 7-8 km from college is Hirakud Dam which is the longest Earthen dam in Asia. The Place Burla which college is located is away from traffic and city chaos and is very peaceful place to roam around for getting peace of mind.

A good university with a good environment. Healthy atmosphere.

Remarks:

KIIT University is a heaven on earth for students. I would suggest. Please do apply for this university if you are interested and you won't regret. The only bad part, it's a private University. And people don't realize it's worth saying it's not a government University so they won't be able to provide jobs. It's a myth. Infrastructure and exposure wise this university is the best.

Entrance Preview:

JEE mains and my score was 145. My percentile was 95 in boards. I chose this college partly because my brother has passed out from same college n partly because it has a good reputation in case of campus placements. Nearly every student is placed from campus only.

My first impression of the college I chose

I applied in vit chennai , lpu , kiit , and vit bhopal . I got confirmed admission from all the colleges but i chose this college as it was in my hometown and the rating and education background of the college was impressible. No i didnt get any rejection from any college i applied. The admission process includes online application which is free of cost.
