Sucess depends on the efforts of the student not the college

As this field is growing field in the future and provide multiple jobs to build our future so i choose this course and college because in north this was the only college which provide the B.Sc cyber security. There are multiple improvements that can be done 1. More focus can be provided to the practical knowledge and less focus on theory. 2. Assignments should be given on weekly basis that cover the whole syllabus that is taught in the entire week by the faculty. As per the exams more weightage should be given to the practical questions that maintain the proper exams level.

There are various companies that visit college to provide internships to students. Getting internship depends on the strength of the students how kuch they grap the things. The projects which students can showcase in their resume belongs to the daily basis of the life.

According to me as i noticed during my college from 5th semester onwards students can sit in placements and internships. Various companies that visited to our college till now are paypal, linkedln, adobe , bajaj , coding ninjas and many more like amazon etc Highest package is 45 lakhs and average package is 6- 7 lakhs Percentage of students got placed till now is 35-40 % After getting the degree i thought to do my post graduation from abroad.

As per fee structure , it increases 20% every year for each courses available in the college . As in 2022 my fee was 55 k per year but now according to 2k24 batch it is 80k per year . If we talk about scholarships it provide only to girls of punjab not to the boys or hosteller which belongs to different cities and states. In my class only 2 girls get scholarship which is provided through proper documentation

There is only one annual fest that is held is parivartan in the month of october and november and there are various technical events related to coding, gaming happens every month. The books that are available in the library includes books related to each and every field available in the college. The classrooms are well formed including benches, lecture stand , fans and lights including smart classes with well formed projectors. The college provide infrastructure for the students who are having interests in sports such as cricket, badminton, valley ball and basket ball . There are various clubs that are run by various students individually.

Hostel facilities include well maintained mess and study room, tv room and gym. Rooms include both ac and non ac rooms having beds, almirahs, and study table having 3 lights for 1 for each student. The meal is provided 4 times and is normal not so high fi and not so low. Registration process is same as that of admission student can register their hostel accordingly by providing 5k in advance for hostel booking. There are various flats and pg's available for the boys as well as girls around the college.

As i want to take the B.Sc cyber security i choose these college because at that time only this college provide me with the requirements. As i only applied in this college i not got any confirmation letter from other colleges and universities. I choose this college because it is affordable according to the facilities it provides. Admission process is simple and easy. For the other courses excluding B.tech and its respective branches it takes admission on the basis of the marks the student scored in his 12th board exams. But for the B.tech and there representative branches it gives admission on the basis of the jee scores and rank

Faculties are cooperative in accordance to provide attendance to students and also help in other cocurricular activities. If we talk about exam structure we have 2 mid semester exams consisting of 24 marks each and internal practicals exams and externals which are conducted by punjab technical university as the college is affiliated to the university . The level of the exam is moderate to tough as they give both theory and practical based questions in exam. Mrs. Ramanjot mam i liked the most because she provide detailed knowledge about the subject in proper way by giving examples, she provide proper notes which help us during our mid semester exams and finals. Mrs. Manisha mam i dislikes because she is not having proper way of talking to students.

There are multiple gyms available in each hostel including boys and girls. There is food court which remain opened till 10 pm . There is central library that is available for the day scholars as well as hostel students till 7 pm. Hostel in and out timings are till 8 pm and for girls it is till 6 pm in winters and 7:30 pm in summers. There is no such hangout place available in thr campus only campus parks are there in which students can roam in the night.
