Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum prepares us to face the exams. The exams are 3 hours long and it is the proper time that the college has given. The only hard thing is that if they had kept semester exams it would have been great as yearly exams are harder to clear.
Internships Opportunities
Interships are offered by the college. A stipend is not given to the interns but other facilities are provided. The college even sends the interns to other states in the country offering even more opportunities by exposing the students to new possibilities.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fee structure is ?1.43 lakhs. This is excluding the fee for Hostel. For those who took hostel admission, they have to be paying an extra of ?56800. Scholarships are not known to be given from this college but fees deductions are given to those who have written the qualification exams and have scored exemplary marks.
Campus Life
Many festival events are held in this college like Onam, Eid, etc. . The library had a wide range of books according to the course for which I'm looking for information from. Projectors are kept in class for more visual presentations so that the students get a better idea of what they're studying. Clubs are not a part of this college.
Admission
I had applied to this college as my first try and I had gotten in. The eligibility is to get 85% percent marks to get a seat. Neet is accepted in this college but an overall scholarship is not given. I chose the college due to the reviews of it given in the Internet.
Faculty
The faculty members are highly qualified. They take much responsibility to see if each and every student has understood the topic they're teaching, a quality very rarely seen nowadays in colleges. The college conducts two Internal exams along with a Model examination of the University Exam. Some subjects are hard to clear but nothing is too hard if you study a bit.
Night Life
There is a cafeteria infront of the college that closes as soon as the college ends. The college ends at 4.30 and can even be longer if extra classes are held. The hostel closes at 6.30 for girls and 8.30 for boys. There are many hangout spots in Mangalore. The campus is not that big to accommodate hangout spots. There are malls surrounding the college and a park almost a mile away. Nightlife is a rare thing for mangalore. Roaming around at night is not advisable but the city is a safe place to hangout at night.
