Course Curriculum Overview

5

In terms of relevance and comprehensiveness the course is very much relatable to life and society and it really prepares you for the real-world challenges and further academic pursuits. There is no need of improvement. The area of improvement is needed for the teachers who do not engage with the students properly. The teaching methods needs to be changed.

Placement Experience

5

The placement is ok not good not bad if i would have to rate i would give 6 out of 10 as they do not provide that much good placements to the students during their graduation days. So I got the degree

Fees and Financial Aid

Every year I had to pay rupees 10000 for the course. There was scholarship but I do not have idea of the amount. My batchmates were paying the same for the course. The fees structure for the reserved category was less.

Campus Life

5

My overall experience at campus was really very good and the campus is too big and great. The basic requirement is the placement section that need to be focussed. Other infrastructures are too good for all of us.

Hostel Facilities

1

The rooms are beautiful and the washroom and bathroom facilities are also excellent but the meals are given 4 times a day and they are very unhealthy and are cooked in bad ingredients. The warden is also very unfriendly with the students.

Admission

I chose this college because it has the top ranking in Journalism and the college gives you exposure and knowledge together which other colleges usually do not give back to you. I never got rejected from it.

Faculty

5

Students were in huge numbers as compared to the faculty. The faculty to student relationship is very sweet and helping. The best faculty was Broadcast Journalism because all the teachers were very helpful. Jagmohan Sir is the best faculty for the course. The New Media faculty was the one who were very dominating. There are two tests and 1 exam per semester. The level is medium of the exam. The course curriculum is very much relevant.

Night Life

1

The nightlife is zero because you are not allowed to go out of the hostel after 9 because of safety reason so the nightlife is really boring and monotonous. This needs to be changed in the upcoming future.

Placement Experience:

No Regular Campus Placement – Why? The college mainly offers traditional degree programs in Arts, Science, and Commerce, where structured campus recruitment is less common. Most students opt for postgraduate studies, B.Ed, research, or prepare for government jobs (e.g., UPSC, MPPSC, UGC-NET). Lack of dedicated placement cell or industry tie-ups also limits organized recruitment activity.
