What Students Say

Likes

I got admission in BCA without having maths in 12th class.
Classes are big enough for 66 students and the ventilation is also good in the class rooms.
College building looks good and the college parks are maintained properly.

Dislikes

Teachers are not that motivated to teach us properly.
Management of the college is too weak and cleanliness inside the classes is not maintained.
Attendance and ERP system is not good. Less than one percent attendance increases on one day, and around 2-3 percent attendance falls on taking leave for a day.

Course Curriculum Overview

The courses feels outdated for the current tech world. No modern approach for grabbing good tech knowledge and job is given to students by the teachers. Teachers should give practical and real life examples while teaching. And programming subjects should be taught on a smart screen where all students can see the actual code and learn it.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My yearly fees is 140000 rupees including all facilities. But my batchmates fees differ. Some paid 1 lakh ruppes, some paid 1 lakh and 60 thousands. Yes scholarship is available in the college. But the labs are really poor, even the management is not well defined.

Campus Life

Campus size is only OK. Many parks are there to sit. basketball ground is also there. But the cricket ground is very poor and their team is also very weak. Cricket team does not have a proper coach. Only one coach is teaching all the sports like cricket, basketball, kabbadi, volleyball etc.

Admission

I got admission in this college because without having maths in 12 no other colleges near me allowing me to join them. The fells like worse than schools. The workshops and industrial visits they made are literally useless and worst than i think.

Faculty

One teacher is allotted per 60 students class. Interaction with teachers is good but their teaching style is boring. Each semester have 2 internals which are not very hard and assignments are given frequently and no notification for these assignments is given to the students through the ERP system.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanna be a software engineer so that's why I'm pursuing this degree . actually I wanna do b tech but it seems quite expensive and I can't even efforts it . And also I've some courses in computer science that increases my interest in this field so yeah ????. My clg is good but most of the university don't even know how the tech is evolving how they have to prepare for students and not everything you'll learn through clg right? You've to put your own efforts so that you can know what's the skills that you've to learn. That basically stand out to differently in that field. Overall clg is good fine but the thing that we have to know is to upskill our skills and prepare for ral world scenarios . And I don't want to change the teaching methods and all but yeah they should have to focus real world scenarios rather than just teaching academic stuffs.and frequency of exams I don't even feel it cuz that's my first sem so I don't know much . But I think exams are tough

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.
