Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum provides a strong foundation in relevant topics adderesing in practical aspects effectively. Its industry focused modules make it suitable for real world applications. Influencing factors- The intergrations of case studies and hands on projects layed a major role in choosing this course. These elements help bridge the gap between theory and practice. They should improve the online class system all the students are in one class their is very difficult to take on the spot doubts. Problem solving sessions I think they should add that should be free they charge if you want to get your doubts solved. Exams difficulty level is moderate and timings are flexible you can book the slot according to your preference Day, afternoon, evening and night.

Internships Opportunities

4

Their are not much internship opportunities offerings, I have also applied for internships on Linkdin and got selected for 3 internships which are well known Brands 1. CultFIT 2.Zomato 3.ALtcz (This is an edtech startup) According to me you shoulld find opportuinities on your own it will be better. College have placement drives but no internship opportunities

Placement Experience

3

In semeter 2, I have seen the placement drives are going on in the college. Well known big brands comes for placement drives but I think the average package they offer is bit low. The brands which came are, Cuanto Consulting Highest package they offered is 14 LPA Applied data and finance (10LPA HIGHEST OFFERING) Gomet 7LPA Geetanjali Homestate 5 LPA In the final year someone told me that 60% students got placed from the college. However I suggest to do internships make a good portfolio and apply on your own the chances will be high to get better package than the college placements. I did internships at Cult Fit and Zomato like brands try to focus on skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

A the time of registration I paid 14500 as fees for the 1st semester their is no registration charges just semester fees thats it. Their is no exam fees but their is a very high re-exam and re-assignment fees Re-exam fees is 1000rs per subject Re-assignment fees is 500rs per subject May vary for students outside the country I'm from general category so I don't have any reservation nor due to some disability I don't have any quota or reservation For SC and ST their is 25% less for the reservation. I have seen for B.com with finance the fees is 18,500, They charge 4000 more for BBA they charge 18000, 3500 extra compared to my course. SCHOLARSHIPS For this they offer to the students with excellent performance in academics and in which the family income is low than 6LakhFor the based on category based on government scheme the college covers partially fees coverage only for SC and ST students

Campus Life

3

The college events and Fests are in febraury and march after the semester exams last year the Fest was just amazing and I just wait for next year fest. Events and meets is the thing they offers to students so that they don't feel any distance. Their is an online library available for the online students their is no access to the university library for us. Sports is the thing they allow us to participate in the sports marathon I got mail from college last week. In online social groups reach is limited but their is a Be SOCIAL named section on the portal where students can interact with each other posts things make connections with pther this thing has been added a few months back.

Admission

I have chosen Amity online over other colleges which are providing online college but with Amity online first is the college eberyone knows I don't want to take admission in a college with low relevance fees is bit high in comparision to other online degree colleges but it is worth it when you attend the events and fests at the college. I have seen Manipal Online and Graphic Era online degree but not applied anywhere except Amity online. This is my first preference and got the admission in few minutes and the process is very simple no entrance and not much high level eligibility criteria everyone can pass it. Their are no cutoffs you can easily get admission even you haven't scored much unless it should not be less than 45%

Faculty

3

In Bcom their are students in thousands filled like sheeps. The approach to faculty is very limited they charge 500 if you have a doubt or anything you want to ask from faculty. However you can drop a message on portal they will reply back in 3-7 days in this big time you can solve your doubts from chatgpt or youtube. I don't want to take any name who I don't like but their are some teachers their attitude in the online class is also not good with the students too. The 2 name of teachers I want to mention are Dr Rashmi Saxena and Mr Sachin Paliwal both the teachers are great they replies you fast and the clarity they provides in every topic understanding is at next level. Exam part is twice a year for semester exams, Exams difficulty level is moderate. Re-exam and Re-assignment fees is the problem it is very much high

Night Life

4

I'm not the regular student I dont have any idea about the campus and hostel life, But the timings for hostel my friends have told me for the regular students who have a hostel have limit to be in college before 11pm in night. Nightlife in that area is great I'm also from DELHI, The places you can visit near by are Noida Electronic city malls and buildings will facinate at a little distance you can visit DLF cyberhub,

Other Applied Colleges

Manipal University Online | Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com]

The reason to not opt for this college is that the portals of the college are not good whereas when I saw the Amity online portals, they are easy to access, In this correspondence degree your whole college is your online portal

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is good but i belive there should be more flexibility and more diverse topics should be taught as i mentioned earlier there should be something related to drama and skit and acting as it enriches the creative side of the students and also it is very necessary for a management student to have a creative skills too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The core circular is moderately relevant but lens more forward theory than the practical application code, subject cover, fundamental concept and providing a base, but there is limited focus on industrial skill project work, coding or case studies which affect real world redness. Elective options are few restricting subject choice. The labour is mostly fake and really updated making it less aligned with the current industry. Trends exams are conducted twice a year medicine and M with internal contributing about 30% of the mark the frequency naval but timing of clashes with the critical session level is moderate theory tends to focus on road learning rather than the critical thinking. Overall the circular needs to more practical exposure, updated content and flexibility to prepare student for employment or higher studies.

Placement Experience:

There are total 6 semester in my course. The students become eligible for the course from the 4th semester onwards. The placements are not good in the college. It's very average. The highest package of the college is 4 lakh per annum. The average package of the college is nearly about 2.5 Lakh per annum. The lowest package of the college is 1.8 lakh per annnum. Nearly about 50% of the students got placement from the college. After getting the degree, my plan is to pursue the higher studies and do government exams preparation.

Admission:

The admissions are purely based on merit. The eligibility criteria is a student must have passed INTERMEDIATE WITH 40% FOR GENERAL AND OBC, SC/ST -33% MARKS. There is no Interview and the total number of seats intake are 80. The admission process is quite straightforward and lucid. I chose B.com because it provides a broad scope of employment options and job scope for graduates as a large number of B.Com graduates choose to pursue self-employment or land lucrative salary packages in prestigious companies.

Remarks:

Starting off with the negative effects of attending college. Tuition has skyrocketed over the years leaving college students thousands of dollars in debt right out of high school, since many people cannot afford to fully pay their schooling off. Going in that much debt is a huge benefactor of people attending college because many people just cannot afford it.
