Course Curriculum Overview

3

I would rate the course curriculum moderately in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness Relevance : the curriculum is not regularly updated even though the course I opted for is quite new in fact my batch is the first batch to take up the course internships are required to boost the confidence but my college still conducts regular classes and exams that get in the way of internships Comprehensiveness the curriculum does not have a well rounded approach although they cover core concepts but don't cover their practical applications

Internships Opportunities

4

I didn't do an internship through my college Instead I did one through my own contacts I was getting a stipend of about 30000/- monthly for about 5 months until quit due to exams But still I was very pleased where I worked

Placement Experience

3

Placements have taken a huge hit in the last 3 years in general especially my college because jobs haven't been able to keep up with demand my college only has meaning ful placements for CS and AIDS branches and I was part of them

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition Fee Per Year - 70000 Exam Fee - 2500 per year Other fees- 2000 Other Courses Fees like Bba are 200000 per year and B Com are 170000 per year Ballb has a fees of 1.5 lakhs per year And BTech has several branches whose fees varies from 64000 to 70000 depending upon the course you've chosen

Campus Life

3

Being blatantly honest about my experience colleges in more fast paced parts of the city like my own don't really have a social life bounding to the college i never had a great deal of friends in my college and there wasn't any club involvement either

Hostel Facilities

4

Accommodation to a lot of people would be subjective because everyone lived off campus I personally enjoyed my hostel life alot cause I was living in an insanely high rent accommodation and i was surrounded by great people to say the least

Admission

It is important to not that during COVID-19 I started my admissions journey extremely late so by the time I was looking for colleges all the seats were actually full and moreover the other colleges I saw in this city were extreme mediocre as compared to my own because of their location primalarily

Faculty

3

Insights on Faculty , Course Structure , Exam Systems and Marking Schemes Faculty Member and Faculty To Student Ratio The Faculty to student ratio in our college is balanced Professors are not that highly qualified but they are quite approachable and open to discuss beyond a classroom . They don't actively support students but passively look into their issues regarding academics research exams and career guidance fostering a healthy faculty student relationship Course Structure The Course structure is designed to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical exposure core subjects are complemented by electives enabling students to explore their interests

Night Life

5

This Is In part why I chose my college the nightlife and everything around this area is phenomenal considering all night clubs are like in a 1 mile radius from us and we usually went out 3 times a week Atleast because the area was filled with students looking to have fun

About placement, I would say companies used to visit. If a person is serious and want to grow then he has the opportunity to face the FAAN companies only if he has scored the gpa above 9 in whole 8 semsters.

Placement Experience:

If we talk about placement so we can say it is decent and after fourth semester students are eligible for campus placement. There are many companies visit like infosys, cognizant, ZS etc. the highest package of this college is 27 lakhs in 2024 by ZS and avg. Packing we can say it is approx 6 lakhs per annum. There is approx 60 percent of students getting placements. And my plan is taking decent placement.

Placements I think we should skip it as very rarely do we get placements from Dr Harsingh Gour University. So, most of us are searching on our own while some are applying for further studies. I am also planning for IILM and will keep giving Bar Council Exams alongside.
