Course Curriculum Overview

3

The exam difficulty is easy. This course should be pursued along with other courses like any professional course like ca CFA banking exams foreign language etc , the course curriculum is so that it does not need alot of bookish knowledge. More practical approach towards the course can be more beneficial for students

Placement Experience

2

Students become eligible from the third year itself for any placements or internships. Wipros the company I got placement to of 2 lakh annual package and the role was irrelevant mostly placements are in the role of sales or BPO customer service. Northern trust and Siemens were companies having good relevant offers

Fees and Financial Aid

I had paid 25000 yearly in open category. However, there are some relief for category students. Scholarships are also provided for lower income group after document verification. There are Alumi community fees after completing the degree of 300 to 500 rs and extra value added courses fee for each semester ranging from 500 to 1000 depending on the course.the annual fees are to be paid in two installments. There will be separate fees for industrial visits depending on the visit for that year ranging from 500 to 1000 rupees. There is hidden fees for participation in college festivals, however it is completely optional and non obligatory.

Campus Life

4

Gusto is the biggest annual fest held by all the Indira campuses it is held in around March to May. The library has a good range of books including all all genres, there is also reading club of the college. Classrooms are well a quiet with amplifiers clean environment. My personally do not have any sports experience how ever there is a gym basketball court there is a coach assigned for practice for matches or competition. There is branding group hackathon club media club it greatly impacts in a good way on student and experience and their should be more of that

Admission

There is no entrance for this course the admission is on first come first basis on the basic percentage requirement I got 80% is in my CBSE SSC exam and was easily accepted in the college. For someone having distinction can fill the application and wait for the merit list after getting the merit list simply pay the admission fees which is around 15000 rupees and confirm your admission

Faculty

3

There is one faculty for each subjects and for extra activities or subjects relevant teacher is assigned Professors Yogita sutar mam for marketing subjects was approached helpful in all the students needed regarding the subjects Professors Dinesh panicker was well versed and determined towards his subjects law and made it interactive and interesting with helping in other aspects of college life as well

Night Life

3

I will not belonging to the hostel I do not have personal experience how ever there are strict timelines for cafeteria's. It is safe for all the students and the public area is also open till approximately 9 p.m. there are a lot of hangout places around the college including famous coffee shops cafes eateries good street food however the main road outside the college is always in bad condition which my relate to student getting into accidents more. There are a lot of parties arranged by college students in the college club which could be joined non obligatory outside of the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very good on paper. University has given like 8 subjects from which we have to choose 5. But this college itself chooses 5 subjects and students now have to learn only them ... Like in 3rd year sem 5 there was subject international finance I wanted to study that because baf course is all about finance but the college had subject management. So yeah be prepared for this. My colleges reputation is not that great because other city students come too. So for about teaching it's average

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is recommended for the students who want to pursue a career in the finance field or if someone who is looking to a course like CFA, this bachelors degree becomes handy. This course teaches you about the financial spectrum of the whole world and gives you an intricate understanding about different financial instruments and their relevance in the society. It teaches one of the most sought after skills in today's world, that is financial literacy. Still I think some of the subjects introduced under the NEP are completely irrelevant such as EVS and IKS. We as college students need to give quality time on some professional subjects, not that these subjects are not important but they need to be emphasised in the early classes. There are three internal exams of 10 marks each and 20 minutes for each paper. The end sem exam is of 30 marks for minor subjects and 60 marks for major subjects. Also I feel that the difficulty level is okay.
