The clinical experience prepares one fully for the real life and the peer pressure makes you mentally strong. The terminal exams are generally a bit difficult but final papers are generally moderate.

Admission
AIIMS Raipur was my 3rd choice during counselling. First was AIIMS Delhi followed by AIIMS Kalyani. According to my rank I got into AIIMS raipur. To get admission one have to clear the AIIMS Nursing Bsc (H) exam which is conducted yearly on a national level. It is a computer based exam which includes Physics, Chemistry, Biology & General Intelligence.
Faculty
The faculty to student relationship is average. Some faculties are approachable but most of them are not. The best faculties are the Assistant Professors who are also the HODs of their respective departments. The clinical instructors are mostly rude and even though they will remain with the students most of the time they won't help students much with their problems. Each year consists of 4 exams. Two terminal, one pre professional and Final exam. Generally there is no fail in the final exams. The course curriculum is very relevant.
Night Life
There is 1 gym inside medical college open for all students. There is 1 cafeteria in the college and 2 in the hospital building. Hostel timings are generally upto 11 pm. Hangout spot inside campus includes the Nescafe zone and outside the campus there is extensive choice of hangout spots.
