Course Curriculum Overview

5

I may say the course that I have opted is my main aim Although I can say that college is not satisfactory for me. I believe there are too many restrictions some time or less knowledge provided But that's something a student personally should explore

Fees and Financial Aid

The registration fee or admission fee is 5000/- Course fee is 75000/- (yearly) Transport fee is 40000/- (yearly) Miscellaneous fee is 6100 The college is average also provide hospital visits in 3rd year Teaching and equipments is very good Batchmates are helpful sometimes The fees is same for every category students You will get scholarship for 1st year on the basis of your percentage.

Campus Life

1

Campus life is not much active There is a hype for sports day and other religious occasions Any concerts or functions doesn't happen which is more like a dead life There are different clubs to be a part of

Admission

I have no specific reason to opt this college over any other except I live in the same city I also applied for Chandigarh University and I got into it. There is no restriction for admission There are open admissions whole year

Faculty

4

Faculty are generous and helpful More like peers to you ( talking about bpt) Exams are conducted 1 internal and end semester exams Examination fee for now is 9000 As mentioned extracurricular activities are less

Night Life

3

The campus consists of a big gym, swimming pool, basket ball courts, lawm tennis, badminton court etc. Since I don't love in campus so I'm not aware about the night life in campus There's no time bounded for hostelers in campus but outside campus there are The university is on the highway, in campus security is there but outside it's bit risky

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects of curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course is the respect and power this course holds. We will be called as doctors our work is will be to serve the nation. The curriculum really prepares us for the real world application they have teaches us each and every aspect regarding our future academic pursuition The area where the college should have improvements in the course is applying intersting ways or methods to teach the children so that they can gain interest into their field The frequency of timing of exams are very bad according to me, the college starts from the end of the July and after teaching just for 1.5 months they'll first took mid terms and after that they'll took main exams there is no time to learn things ...we have to rush our course to prepare for our exams

The way teachers teach us how to deal with all kind of patients in real life too is impressive..like giving them theory knowledge is different thing...but giving practical knowledge like the one who is sitting in front of you is actually your patient (even when they are students themselves) but telling us to act like actual doctors like introducing yourself and all is best part of practicals..
