Jiet college review

Since my course is btech cse and the things that made me to choose this course are that course required faculties are there in college and fee structure is also minimum as compared to other private colleges and since this college is near my hometown so I prefered this college.exams are moderate level hard

Generally small companies visit here for internship.and internship starts from 5 semester all the students are eligible for internship and u can get internship by your own but low stipend is given and sometimes no stipend is given

From 7 semester students become eligible for placement . infosys,tms etc are major companies that visits here.highest placement of jiet is 33 lpa and lowest is 5lpa . according to college placement rate is 100 but in reality it's only around 70-80 percentage generally students try competative exam after their course completion if they don't get placement

The year wise fees in jiet is 133000 in cse branch and in other branch like mechanical, civil, electrical the fees is around 90000 per year and there are scholarship for students who get 90 percentage in jee or12th and if students came from tfws round then it becomes 33000 only

There are two fest kainos and resonance which are held in September and january.kainos is freshers party and resonance is fest .there is a central library which has mainly all types of books and wifi is provided all over tha college.plus there are groups like students council, oculus etc for students sports and extracurricular activities are not that much in college there are ac and fans provided in rooms

In hostel both ac and non AC rooms are available with sharing of two people with 24/7 wifi and electricity hostel message food is also average in morning breakfast in break lunch in evening snacks and in night all four time food is available.since this college is away from jodhpur it's very hard to find pg and room so hostel is last option

I have applied in poornima college Jaipur and I also got seat there but since this college was near my city so I choose this college.there are two types of admission process first direct and second through reap the cutoff is low so it's easy to take admission here

There are total 8 semester in 4 years in each semester there are two internal exam called CiE and mid term exam and end term exam.both cie are moderate level hard.very less amount of students failed in this exams the ratio of faculty members is good they are well educated in their fields .they encourage students for startups and new ideas

There's a cafeteria which closes around 10:30 pm in night which have all kinds of things available.library closes at 8 pm and the hostel timming are 10 pm at night whole campus is safe to roam at night but I will recommend cafeteria and also there's a gym with min equipment and time is divided for use of it
