Likes

College area is clean,greenery is there and security is good.people are friendly which is good.
Sports facility is good . cultural club are active and one can enjoy there.
Technical club is also so active and it helps in gaining skill.

Dislikes

Campus is small but we will be shifted to our new campus very soon.
Classroom are old and needed to be repaired.
Assignment is soo hectic and consume so much of time .

Course Curriculum Overview

It is good not so lengthy till now . Everything is available on internet we can also catchup from there. In first sem exams are too frequent but it will be ok form next sem. Course curriculum is designed in a way to prepare one for real world .

Class Size: 151Course Fees: INR 156000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are good in our college as all big and small companies come to our college. Form 3rd students get intership and get placed in last of ther 4th year. Highest package form our college was of 1.08cr. Good percentage of students get placed

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees- approximately -2 lacs Tution fee-65000(includes everything) Mess fee-40000 For gen above 5 lac of annual salary have to all fee. For less than 5 lac tution fee is not applicable. For sc/st there is no tution fee. Everything was included in tution fees,overall fee is not tha high and is affordable.

Campus Life

Campus Life is good as I have only spent 4 months here ,but upto now is good In library all types of book are available. Sports facilities is not so good as this has only one ground. Dance,drama,music etc many clubes are here.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is nice . All facilities are available. Food,water quality is also good Bathroom is cleaned 2 time a day. Room is good for 3 people. Hostel fee is less . For veg there is variety of food and for not neg there is also som much of variety

Hostel Fee: INR 40000 per year

Admission

As I didn't get other colleges in josaa counciling because my rank was low .I got the best form what I was eligible.In counciling I only got NIT patna as no other college was available on my rank .I didn't make to other college due to my low rank .

Faculty

Student ratio is avg as in 50:20 .Most of the faculties are chill and that helps alot. My electrical subject professor is the one whom I like the most as his style of teaching is superb. 2 exams per semester and overall the paper is moderate .

Interview Experience

I didn't faced group discussion or interview but I have a written exam called JEE Mains. It one of the the toughest exam i India to crack. In exam you will be asked maths, physics and chemistry.About jee you can find everything

Night Life

Night is good because it is in the main city . Gym is there and all type of equipments are present. Hostel is also nice . 2 cafeteria in the college. Famous hangouts inside is PMC(Piya Milan churaha) for couples,for singles you can roam anywhere.

Placements at NIT Patna Are good for cs e The students become eligible from 7th semester Average place fields is around 13 to 14 lpa Eld highest goes to 40 Around 85 to 95 Percent students get placed I plan to become a software developer after graduation

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of View

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to seat and apply for campus placements . Eligiblity criteria depends on companies but if you have 7 CGPA ir more than that then you don't need to worry . Companies like Godrej, ACC,CDAC, BHEL, Infosys, WIPRO ,TCS etc. visited our college for campus placements. Highest package from our college is around 13 Lakh Per Annum and average placement is 3 to 4 Lakh Per Annum Its totally depends upon companies and their job profiles. There are almost 60 to 70 percentage student got placement ( In upper branches like CSE& AI percentage is slightly high otherwise it is quite low for civil and our branches) My plans after getting a degree that is I have to go for M.Tech from any IITs of India I am preparing hard for that.

The placement of this collage are not as good as it should have to be. Students gets as the average packlagge of around 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Branches like cse and ai also didnot get placements as it should have to be.Students depends on government vaccancies and offline placements like rozgar mela etc to got job. government should have to focus on these.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semster you are eligible to sit in campus placement . There is companies like Infosys , TCS , De Walls Ads , Wipro, Congnizent, ACC visited our college for campus placements . They have limited offers with limited packages also they have some eligiblity criterias like students should have CGPA above than 7.5 . Highest package offered in our college is 13 LPA per annum by TCS for a CSE student and Average package is around 3.5 to 4 lakh per annum. There is highest placements in branches like CSE ,EEE andCIVIL. Other branches got less offeres. Totally 50 to 60 percentage students got placements from our college because majority lower branch students are preparing for government exams like SSC , UPSC, BPSC , DAROGA and GATE. My plans after getting the degree to go for highes studies (M.TECH) .

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of Views

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There is companies like Wipro , Infosys, ACC, Copegimini, Congnizent, TCS visited our college for campus placements. There is very less number of offers given by companies and also there is almost negligible offers for Lower branches(like Mechanical and Civil) . There is highest 12.4 lakh per annum for a CSE student given by TCS and average salary of 4 LPA . There is only 50 to 60 percent students got placements in which majority are from CSE , CSE-AI , and EEE branches. My plans after getting the degree is doing M.tech from any reputed Colleges of India like some NITs or IITs depending to my Gate Score.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students become eligible for cmpus placements . Thera are a few companies like HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys , Cisco ,Figma ,ACC and so on visited our college for campus placement but limited offers . Percentage of placements is arround 60 % which is very low but students are trying there best . Higher package was 12.4 LPA by Infosys as SDE and avrage package of 4 LPA. My plans are not taking plaement , I am preparing for gate 2027 .

Remarks:

Positive:- Very Good college and working very hard to become one of best college of Bihar. Negative:- Very few faculty of civil engineering in our College, the lab facility for 3rd and 4th year student is not available at all.

I choose an NIT patna Mainly because of its nit tag Decent placement record and affordability compared to private college. I had Also applied To a few other IIT Triple I I bought options in lower branch it is slightly Better late and similar budget in new nit. IT do not get to an empty slide 3G Surat Karan Warangal due to my jee main rank. So I choose the best available options based on my rank.
