Course Curriculum Overview

After the completion of this course, you will become a doctor and you can open your clinic for the practice of homoeopathic medicine and treatment will be provided by you. Just to anatomy and physiology, we need a cadaver to study.

Class Size: 125Course Fees: INR 14000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We as a doctor , we don't need company placement we have to just post duty in rural areas for better treatment of village people. The internship program is of 6 month is collage OPD and 6 months from the government district hospital.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is 19000 for general and 14000 for others. Hostel fees :- 3600 for triple room And 4200 for single room per year. The up government provide full fees sholarship in all the year. The duration of the course is 5.5 year.

Campus Life

There are many cultural activities are happening with in the campus like dandia night , collage fest , freshers. The books in library is sufficient enough. We have a digital classroom in our campus. Yes the portal of collage is present.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is top on it price, in the room we have prefixed light and fan and private locker. The food quality is poor and the mess is run by private owner. The hostel is provided by the collage adminstration.

Admission

All the colleges of a homoeopathic medical college in UP take admission through neet ug in ayush course. No i did not get rejected from other colleges Good through the up ayush counselling after clearing neet ug.

Faculty

The ratio of faculty is quite less in comparison to students. The best faculty is Dr .Somnath Sir , jho makes pathology so easy to study. I love like our previous principal Dr Rajesh Kumar Verma because he stop our scholarship. The exams happened only in a year.

Night Life

The library is open at 10 Am and the closing time is 5 pm , and it have sufficient area for students to study. The campus timing is 10 am to 5 pm , and the OPD time is 8am to 2 pm. The location is safe for day and night.

Living a new experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think in the doctor profession there is utmost respect that's why I choose this career. The faculty-student ratio is approx 500:80. Qualification of faculties are PhD holders, MD graduates, and specialists in different medicines. Exams are timely and it's easy to pass the exams.

Everything you want to know about pursuing BHMS at Dr BR SUR homoeopathic medical College Delhi

Course Curriculum Overview:

See frankly speaking it was never like I wanted to study homoeopathy only and it was my dream to pursue BHMS but when you qualify an all india level competitive exam like NEET and then you get a govt medical College then it's a pride in itself and feels good, definitely BHMS is not as good as MBBS if we talk about career aspedcts but if we talk about homoeopathy itself without comparing it with MBBS then it has huge csope for you as you become a licensed medical practitioner after completing this course and you can go for Post graduation or even UPSC CMS exam to become an medical officer so all in all if you want to pursue homoeopathy then go for it don't hesitate it's a very good course to pursue. Talking about facult of my college, here we have a set of one of the best faculties of homoeopathy of the country, many of our professors have thereselves qualified UPSC CMS exams and are appointed as medical officers so facultywise we are very privileged in this college.

Placement Experience:

There are no campus placements. Unfortunately, due to a lack of need in the private sector, nobody comes to the college to offer you a job. Nobody gets a job unless you study really hard again and crack the entrances and interviews for government job and also the clinic. Though you can do other things, I mean you do have a graduate degree you can work anywhere. But being a doctor you can do some insurance thing. I do not have much idea about that.

Remarks:

I always wanted to be a doctor thats why i chosen BHMS. I didn't get enough marks to get a mbbs seat that's why i chosen BHMS which was my second preference. This is a govt. medical college which is affiliated to University of Delhi. Fees is not so much high, in the last year every inteen get stipend of 20k per month.

Best Homoeopathic college

Remarks:

After my post graduation i feel its best homoeopathic college in north India after NIH, kolkatta. Hope it opens a canteen soon and give us our degree for which we are waiting since 2015. And also give job opportunities to freshers.

Every thing has its pro n cons Positive things like studies infrastructure events all are good Negative is our college doesn’t have hostel facility for undergraduate students Well postgraduate students are provided with hostel only for first year but for next two years they have to live their own

If you wanna study homeoepathy with dedication, this is the place. Only thing not good here is the infrastructure. Rest all the things are so good here. Faculty and education quality is really good here. It's like a small family.

awesome amazing and full of enjoyment

Remarks:

the college library is so nice. you will find many interesting books related to the course. there is no canteen facility you have to carry your launch boxes. the college hospital is so big and well organised you will find many OPDs, various laboratories,Rooms,etc. everyone is so helpful and cooperative and helpful whether it is Principal sir, teachers, doctors,staff members, seniors.

This college is a part of the University of Delhi. The college has a very good location. The classroom is approx 100. The hospital with college is 100 bedded Delhi government hospital. The Bachelor's course is for 5½ years and PG viruses are of 3 years duration. The fees are also below nominal. It's just approximately 1500 rs per year. The only bad thing about the college is slow administration, like any other government organisation. Since 2016, the admissions take place via NEET. I preferred this college over others because the hospital is bigger, the OPD is bigger and so are the number of patients one would get to see during the internship. The faculty is good. The college also has PG courses where you get quota if you have done graduation from this college. College's locality is really good. The connectivity with metro and bus is great.
