The campus is good in terms of environment

The timing of college is not correct, it's 9.30 to 4.30
Fans are not properly working in some classes

Course Curriculum Overview

Hey what's up the course completion is about for 3 months it takes time to get the course to be complete the difficulty level of the examination is moderate and the teaching methods are good and the curriculum is also good for the GATE exam too

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 280000 per year

Placement Experience

the placement cell is also very good but most of the placements are in the textile field as the textile placements are likely 95% in my college but in informal technology and computer science it is not too much it's about 60% only with an average package of 3 lakh

Fees and Financial Aid

The per semester fees is about 280000 but for the second semester it is 73000 and that's like for all the semester for third fifth and 7th to 0. The fees is slightly lower for them who have applied by tfws.

Campus Life

the overall campus is likely very large in the area the environment as too good there are so many of the trees and the library is also very peaceful to get the studies very well and completion of their homework the clubs are also good in terms of enjoying the time within the college

Admission

basically I choose this college as I got this from the Rajasthan engineering admission process you can also say Deep and the second reason is it is in my own city so that it is comfortably for me to go to the college and after knowing that this is one of the best college in terms of textiles then I can join this college

Faculty

I just want to say that the infrastructure and the faculties are likely good and they are very supportive in terms of doubts solving and completing the course the difficult subjects are likely Max and basic civil engineering but we can pass easily after studying for slightly 2 3 days

Night Life

the nightlife of the college is not so good as this is not like a big city like Jaipur and Delhi this is a small city but we can say the night life is safe for the girls and good environment for the students who have some craving of eating foods

The placements cell try their best to get as many students placed as they can.many companies visit us including celebal, tcs and I don't know about the percentage but it's pretty good not everyone will get the placement but yes who have time to their studies will definitely get one.the average package is around 5lakh per anum ctc it can go upto 25 to 30.lakh based on your knowledge entirely

A complete average College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

A balanced blend of learning , growth , and opportunity at GMEC Ajmer

Placement Experience:

Campus palcements at GMEC Ajmer are quite good, especially foe CSE and core branches. Students become eligible for placement grom the 7th semester, and many companies visted the campus every year. Some of the prominent recruiters includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys, capgemini, cognizantand tech mahindra among others. Highest package varies every year (in 2025 it goes to 13 lpa) Average package: Ranges between 3.5 to 5 lpa Approxi,ately 80-85 5 of eligible students got placed, especially those from technical backgrounds with good coding and communication skills. Some students also go for off-campus drives or pursue higher studies like M.Tech or MBA. As for my plans, after completing the degree, I aim to either get placed in a reputed IT company or pursue higher studies depending on the opportunities available and personal career goals.

I applied to other famous REAP colleges such as MBM Jodhpur, CTAE Udaipur, and RTU Kota, but only got this one. Yes I got rejected from MBM Jodhpur, CTAE Udaipur, and RTU Kota. The JEE score I got didn't make it there. There are two types of admission. Direct admission and through Rajasthan Engineering Admisssion Process. Based on the seats available you can get direct admission, but through REAP , first the outside states students get their seats allotted, then the seats are allotted to the home state students.
