College Review Life At IPSA Indore

The course curriculum is good as I was from Data Science specialisation so the subjects were too related to the course. The exams timing is between the semter is quite good we can say not too hectic and extensive. The course should focus on more providing practical knowledge not the theoretical knowledge.

You can get to sit in the placements after your 6th sem if you have a good CGPA along with great skills you have a good chance to get into a company. The companies that have come so far were mostly the mass recruiters such as TCS,ACCENTURE etc. Only 20% of the student got placed after the end of the 7th semester maybe the percentage can get much higher after they enter into their last semester.

I am currently pursuing B.Tech in computer science here in IPS Academy. My fees per is 57000 per semester as I beloong to general category. But yes our college provide scholarships for students coming under reserved categories they also have merit based scholarships based on the scores of students. Also,they have diffrent govt schemes which helps and providdes the financial aid for the students falling under those categories.

They have a various programs and competitions based on your skill they also have a sports ground in which you can play diffrent kind of sports and also the college have diffrent clubs like the drama club and the singing and dancing club as well. The library is mostly occupied by the course books related to the courses. The classrooms are Non Technical classroom with just a blackboard on them only few of the have projectors and monitors. For the practical sessions they have diffrent classrooms well equipped with the PC systems.

The colleges I applied for were NIT's and Delhi University as i didnt cleared the cut off so i landed up onto this one. The admmission process is quite simple you can get direct admission based on your 12th results and book a seat by making a minimal payment or you can go in through counselling as well which is done by the Goverments side and based on your JEE scores you get the college preffered by you.

The relationship between the students and teacher is quite good and its way more casual then any other college, they help you a lot also they the ratio is quite goood enough and satisfactory. There are 2 mid sems in each sem including a end sem examination.

The college does not have a gym but yes it has two cafes for diffrent departments where students hangout. the campus closing time is 9pm. The library is open till 5pm. There is no nightlife as such in the college or inside the campus as I am not a hosteller so Dont know much about it.
