Remarks

The college is for those who really wants to grab some knowledge during the graduation period. One of the positive remarks is that the college campus is free of environmental pollutants and is situated in outer site of the city, well connected with road transport.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

As we are studying Bachelor's of Dental Surgery, the curriculum is set by the Dental Council of India, New Delhi. We have to study 4 years regular course along with one year compulsory rotatory internship. It is a long term study for five years and then we get a Bachelor's degree for the same. The course curriculum is same for all India BDS courses so we have to follow DCI curriculum. Our college is affiliated to RUHS, Jaipur so the examination pattern to conduct examination is decided by the same. Our college conduct three internal exams including one sent-up exam for University exams. University exams are conducted by the University in the month of August generally. To give University exams it is mandatory to maintain minimum 75% attendance in theory and practical classes.

Placement Experience

3.5

As there is a compulsory rotatory one year internship for all students they are also paid stipend for the same. Students have to do internship in the posted department for a stipulated time and failing to do so will lead to extensions of internship and cut-off in the stipends.

College Events

3

As our college administratives are member of rotary club, so various events are organised by the club for student and faculty members. Various CDE programs are conducted in our college to enhance the hand work of students in field of dentistry. Annual sports meet and Fresher's party are organised annually.

Fee Structure And Facilities

We have to pay: Tuition fees- ?2,30,000 Hostel fees- ?75,000 Security fees-?10,000(one time) Hostel security-?10,000(one time) Admission fees-?10,000(one time) It is some what lower as compared to other dental colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is provided by Government of India and Rajasthan Government through various schemes. Students eligible for scholarships have to get in touch with the college administration and they will provide full information regarding the same. Some of the scholarship provided are: Minority scholarship by Govt. Of India Scholarship Program by CBSE, Delhi Fees Reimbursement program by Govt. Of Rajasthan and etc. Apart from this, loan facility is also available from various national banks as the program is recognised by Govt of India.

Campus Life

3.5

Various extra curricular activities are conducted by the college time to time along with Annual sports meet. Many educational camps and free dental-checkups are conducted by the respective departments in other schools, colleges and other organisations.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel is well furnished along with single, double and triple accommodation along with mess facility. Separate boys and girls hostel are there in the college campus along with basic necessities. 24 hour electricity and water facility are available in the hostels. Bed, table and chair is provided by the college administration and we have to pay electricity bill in addition to the hostel fees. Hostel environment is fair and senior students are helpful.

Alumni/Alumna

The college have a strong aluni network. Graduated students from the college are providing their services in many fields. Seniors in the college are very nice and are always ready to help. Every one is ready to help only when they have a strong bonding with us, so it's our duty to have an interaction with our seniors.

Faculty

3.5

Till now, what I have came to know is that we have one of the best faculties in our college as compared to other dental college. Our faculty and other staff are very helpful and they really want that we should learn each and every thing in our graduation course.

I had given NEET in awe of getting into MBBS course but due to vast competition and less seats I could not get a seat. This option was budget friendly and also tempting. There is a lot of scope in dentistry and there is blind money without any risk of life .So yeah I like the course alot. There is scope for masters and surgery too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is well to do very futuristic. I personally chose it because I believe i can do well in this even just after my bachelor's. The first year has 4 subjects dominantly but from 2nd year onwards it becomes a hassle as the life becomes very scheduled from lectures and classes and labs. The subjects teach you about everything and can be very working in the future. The exams are held in 3 phases that it 3 internals and 1 University exam . The internals are held every 3 months and have the exact same pattern as the university exam
