Remarks

Considering the college life being a hostelite at VDCH is good, As I am a hostelite here for about 3 months now. The infrastructure of the college is also refreshing, looking at all the greenery. The weather in Jodhpur is hot, which seems to be harsh in summer. College staff and BDS faculty is cooperative and studying here seem a good opportunity. We have senior faculties with very good experience, hence being taught by them seems justified living away from home. We have a good library facility and internet facility. The transportation faculty is also good. I got admission over here after clearing my neet exam. The duration of the admission process took about 05-10 days. I got to know about this college through my cousin who is also studying here.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I chose this course because it was my dream to do a BDS course. The faculty is so good and the student ratio is 1:3, also the faculty is so supportive and helpful. All the faculty are highly qualified. Exams are held at the proper time.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

We have clinical postings in various departments in the college. Facilities are very good in preclinical and clinical also we have prosthodontics, oral and medicine and radiology department, oral and maxillofacial department and many more hence we have so many options here.

Placement Experience

4.5

After the completion of the degree, students are eligible for placements and hopefully, all the students get placements After completing my degree I will go for MDS or I will start preparing for the IAS exam.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is 275000 per year and I got admission through a scholarship, The name of the scholarship is PMSSS, And the scholarship is provided according to merit and this scholarship is provided by the government of India.

Campus Life

4.5

The number of fests is held here such as SPARKS, AURA and a no. of events are held at the college level in which we are given a chance to show our talent in every field. A library facility is provided where each and every book is available.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Single beds are provided and well furnished rooms with proper hygiene well hygiened washrooms are available 24*7 water and electricity facility and a gym is also available in the hostel. The meal isn't that good.

Interview Experience

4.5

First of all, we have to qualify for an entrance exam that is NEET and on the basis of neet marks we have merit and hence we are then eligible for the admission and then we have to go through the counselling and finally we get admission in referred colleges.

Choosing this course was just because I couldn't get govt. Mbbs seat . When I choose this course in starting days I was not happy I was always selfdoubting myself that I couldn't get into govt. Mbbs . But now I'm not regretting anymore , now I feel this is the best decision I ever made . This course is providing specialisation from the starting. We're seeing real examples, we're examining patients. And about exams if you are consistent you can easily pass the exams .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is well to do very futuristic. I personally chose it because I believe i can do well in this even just after my bachelor's. The first year has 4 subjects dominantly but from 2nd year onwards it becomes a hassle as the life becomes very scheduled from lectures and classes and labs. The subjects teach you about everything and can be very working in the future. The exams are held in 3 phases that it 3 internals and 1 University exam . The internals are held every 3 months and have the exact same pattern as the university exam

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I always wanted to be a doctor but didn't want to do mbbs. Also, I wanted to be a surgeon so I opted for this. It's a great course if done with enough experience you can earn more than most doctors out there. Faculty used to be nice here but not anymore. Some old stuff is left which is still very helpful. It has around 500-700 students. And also provide internships. Most of the staff is very well qualified and MDS. There's nothing to lie about the teaching practices still used in our country. which all depend on books. If you can ratify it you will pass it. Still cramming words is inspired by students. Patients are also fewer here. Every year two MSTs are taken and then PUC one month before the UC which are the final exams. The two practicals are taken at PUC and UC. Passing is at 50% which is not very hard to score.
