Story of Trying to be a better college

Our curriculum is good.but they have been changing the circullum for last 2 years for juniors.they include real world scenarios subjects like design thinking and idea process it really helps you to get ideas. And also they include human resources which is essential for everyone.fue covid the semester duration is decreased by one month and it is eventually decreasing which is agood thing.

From 7 semester onwards students are eligible for placements.last year 30 it and w0 plus core companies have visited and near total 900 offers are offered to students.i think 7 cgpa is enough for decent placements.i will join any other company I don't have plans for higher studies.

The year wise fees per year is 69700.but if you are eligible for jagananna Vidya devena (jvd) you don't have to pay any course fee. But you have to pay examination fee and training and placement fee and accreditation fee.The examination fee is 2250. And both placement fee and accreditation together is 7000 per every year.And if you join under management seat the fee structure will be 1.8l or 2.0 lakhs.andi think in future the fee will increase for management seats for computer engineering seats.

Recently a year ago principal has been changed and the fests have been decreased slightly.but the fests are too good when they are held .our library is too notch. They mainted almost every book related to every course .it have nice infrastructure and reading rooms . library is main attraction to our college. Every year department matches are held.somw student run group ,clubs ,are good

I have applied several other colleges like anits ,Raghu and Andhra University.But I have joined better college than that.i preferred above colleges just because they are beae to me. I got rejected from those colleges because I don't have enough good rank.admission process is simple like every colleges.and cutoff is average like 20-30k in eamcet Andhra Pradesh board

I think the faculty to student ratio is 1:14 and some faculty were very good at subject and they have so much knowledge about and the good thing is the way they teach to us is brilliant. But coming to other faculty members were not so good they have subject but not teaching in a way we could fully understand

Currently I am in the 5th semester so I haven't participated in any interviews or written tests.i have gone through some of the group discussions when i was in 4th semester.the topics were on global warming and mainly rural areas poverty and how to decrease poverty.

Gym is available in sports complex and also 3 cafeteria are available and library is top notch.hostel is expensive nearly 1 lakh per year.and also college environment is good there are so many hangout places .like sports complex a lot of greenery.i dont know about roaming in night .and the campus timings are 9 am to 3:45 pm .and lunch timings are 12-12:45.
