Course Curriculum Overview

I choosed Electronics and Communication engineering because I hoped that I would have better opportunities in future. And I would have better job opportunities. Subject course is completely based on subject but not on real world applications.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Internships Opportunities

No internships are available in this college. Students should search in online for intership opportunities. The students who went for internships chooses projects in iot sector and completed their projects.

Placement Experience

There are no many placements in this college. The placements are very few . Students should have 75% in academics to be eligible for placements . Percentage of students getting placements is very low. I planned to pursue masters degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 10000 rupees as tution fee.The exam fee is 715 rupees for regular exams and one supplementary exam fee is 315 rupees and two or more subjects the fee will increase.For SC and ST candidates there is a reservation.

Campus Life

There are no festivals in this college. Only annual day and Sports day is celebrated in this college. This college doesn't support students in this college . There are few clubs in this college for curricular activities and sports

Hostel Facilities

No additional facilities will be provided . There is no wifi in this hostel . Menu is ok but quality and taste is not good. Registration is easy process and hostel is also affordable. I did not rent a pg I stayed in hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 32000 per year

Admission

I applied for Yogi vemana university in Kadapa . I did get into that college in first counselling but I applied for this college in second counseling because I hoped this college is better in all forms compared to that.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is very low.the faculty to student relationship is questionable. Me K S Pratap sir from EEE department .he is my favourite faculty.because I got more knowledge in his teaching.

Night Life

Night life in this college is worst. There is no places in this college to hangout. Night times is not safe to roam in college because of snakes. Hostel timings are 9pm. After 9pm students will not be allowed.

MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible to be placed from semester 4-1 . The highest package goes around 24lpa and average is around 4lpa. The students have good chances for further education as they were provided good knowledge to go further and good reputation of the college for employability outside the placements.

Campus Chronicles: An honest college review

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason to choose comouter science course was it was most trending technology in the industry right now so most of the students likely to join the computer science course .Our curriculum contains better subjects which help to deal with real life problems.Most of the lectures use ppt to explain the concepts in pictorial way to make ease understanding to the students. But main drawback was they were more focused on the therotical part I suggest them to explain them in practical methods also like teaching the coding in the labs not just theory part .Our mid exams contains 2 hours of time to write where our semester exams contaions 180 minutes to complete the exam.The exam level was quite modetate not much hard nor easy to give the test if we study properly.

i applied to andhra university,jntu kakinada, SVU, JNTU anantapur through eamcet exam. my eamcet rank is around 20000, and though i didn't get admission in the top universities, i secured a seat at JNTUA college of engineering kalikiri. I choose this college because it is a government institution with a low fee structure, a peaceful campu and ample time to prepare for additional skills.Compared to private colleges, JNTUA kalikiri offers a better academic environment and credibility under JNTU anantapur. The admission process was offline. the eligibility required was completion of intermediate with MPC course nad eamcet exam should be qualified with the eligible rank Overall, the admission process was transparent and well organised . even though i couldn't make it to higher ranked colleges due to my eamcet score, this college turned out to be a good choice for me....Read More
