What Students Say
Likes
- I liked the campus especially the greenery and peace. Then the faculty the course structure and events
Dislikes
- The on campus hostel needs improvement. Quality wise it was not worth the money we were paying
- The tons of rules that wardens imposed on girls. The outpass system and everyday wardens would take attendance in their office and iyou have to show your face even if you are sick
- The entry time was 8pm and even if you are a minute late you will be marked late.
Course Curriculum Overview
Like every other college in our country the curriculum is not very practical, not much to do with real world. But still better than my friend' colleges. Like the curriculum was up to date. New technologies were included. And the university heavily emphasised on communication so it was best
Internships Opportunities
I got my internship through my cousin, but the college offered a few good opportunities as well. Though im not very clear on that. All in one the college was very supportive of us students in whatever we choose to do
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placements in the beginning of their final year ie 5th or 7th semester. The placement offered is good enough only if the students are serious about it. As far as i know all the students who genuinely wanted placement got placed. The university really cares about how many students are placed and everyone from CRC to the faculties all do their best to help the students. And even after the completion of the course the university still supports the unplaced students in getting placed
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee was 65000 per semester for my BCA. There were scholarships available for students who scored more than 75% in their boards. You can even get 100% scholarships then again based on your cgpa in each semester you can get scholarships too.
Campus Life
My overall college experience was very good. 10/10 id say. There were many social clubs like singing dancing fashion arts sports and everything. You can explore your interests in whichever field you are interested in.
Hostel Facilities
I opted for a hoatel, since in ny pov the beauty of the campus can be only enjoyed by staying in a hostel. So i our hostel, there was flat system. Each flat has 3 rooms one common room one toilet and bathroom. So you will have a close knit family like bond with your flatmates. Inside the room there were 2 single beds, 2 tables, cupboards and chairs. Although the quality of room was not the best the good thing was the architecture of the room. It was built in such was that you will have your privacy even when sharing a room. There were two windows also on two sides. In the mess you will have 2 types of food 1. Unlimited but with okay okay quality food 2. Limited but good quality food. You can choose anyone. Apart from that, there were other options as well like sankalp 4-5 other outlets as well.
Admission
I only applied to this one college in all the private colleges. The admission process for my course was just one interview and thats it for bachelor's. For masters theres test and interview. Im not sure about other courses
Faculty
In each semester theres 2 exam, 1 midterm and end term. Mid term for 15 marks and end term of 50 marks. There's 5 marks for attendance too abd rest for presentations and assignments. We were taught one foreign language too and business communication. Then you can opt for 2 elective courses too . The course structure was really nice and faculties were good too
Night Life
Unfortunately there's no night life in our campus, the hostel gate closes at 9:30 pm sharp, and all the boys and girls will go back to their respective hostels. Inside hostels however it was too fun, the cafeteria inside the hostel remained open till 11pm and girls used have a lot of fun there, during exam the cafeteria will remain open till 4 in the morning and we used to sit outside the cafeteria with a coffee in our hands and stargazing till the morning. As for outside the college campus, our college was located on delhi Jaipur highway in the middle of nothing. And it was obviously unsafe outside.
