The college is very far away from the main city

Course Curriculum Overview

The cse course of vit is very good. It has average placements . It teaches us python c+ Java etc. the exams are very irritating. They are completing our first semester in 3 months and we are having our mid sems in 1.5months

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There are 5 categories. First category has a fees of 2Laksh per annum .Second category has a fees of 3Laksh per annum. Third category has a fees of 4 lakhs per annum .Fourth category has a fees of 4.5LPA.5th category has 5LPA

Campus Life

Campus life is fun , there are many clubs. There are clubs of all types like dancing singing etc. even there are literary clubs also there are association of all states. Many club activities happen regularly

Admission

I like the college as it is near by my house and it has good placement. I applied and took admission in SRM ap but as I got the opportunity of vit I withdrew from SRM ap as vit ap has better placements than any other colleges nearby

Faculty

Faculties are very good but the faculty to students ratio is very bad. Literally there are 60 to 70 students in a class the class is very crowded. There is a lot of competition. You have to be little extraordinary for getting a good package

Night Life

The night life is very bad . Like you have to literally return to hostel by 8:30 and you can go to night canteen from 10:30 to 12:00. You have to literally go to vijaywada which is 18km to have a good night life

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students are eligible for placement drives in campus. There are many companies that visit our college some of them are wipro,Accenture,Tcs, etc they made many offers in packages and still our college is developing. Highest package is around 13 lpa and average package is 6 lpa as per companies offered. Many students get the campus placement some of them are with high package. My plan is also to get a better job opportunity in our college placements.

I have applied for two more colleges such as Andhra University and SRM AP beside VIT AP. But I gave the first preference to this college based on the reference of my seniors. I did not get rejected from any other colleges. The admission process of my university is of two different ways; based on the entrance exam VITEEE and through EAPCET exam. The eligibility to join is based on the rank released after the appearance of examination.
