Course Curriculum Overview

3

The first and second semister just doesnt make sense to be putting efforts for the time lag. They teach unimportant stuff for long time. After second semister things start to get more relavent. Focus on core CSE subjects from second year can help you reach a good package

Internships Opportunities

3

The college will push you to do internships by sending online links but they are just useless if you ask me, Finding a good internship on your own would be a safe and better bet if you ask me. And the letter of recommendation surely does have value

Placement Experience

2

Everyone in the college will get placed, but the packages are very poor with Average package of 4 lakhs and median salary of 3.2 lakhs. Employability was good when I joined but now its bad and looks like its only getting worse

Fees and Financial Aid

In Anits, the fees for a normal Rank seat(EAMCET) would be 60,000 rupees/year but you can join the college through B-category, which is around 120000 per year, the fees of a donation seat is unknown to me. I'm currently paying 4.8L for my B.Tech and the fees is supposedly marginally increasing every year

Campus Life

2

The college will have just one fest throughout the entire year so social life would be pretty boring. The people on the college are also not helping, they just dont seem to match your vibe. I got lucky i found a north indian guy who is in my class and a good bestf from the city

Admission

I choose ANITS because I basically had no other choice. I didnt qualify for JEE Mains Then I gave EMCET where I got 20000 rank, and ANITS was the best i can get with that. I lacked preparation for any competitive tests thats why I ended up here or else i'd have gotten to much better places without the help of any one. My advice do not ever join this college if you have a chance to move out of the city

Faculty

2

The faculty is good and bad, some of them are good and they teach well but the others are just very bad, they take grudges over students and dont pass them, if you think of joining this college make sure you never pick a fight with a teacher. My course an eight semister course where each course takes about 6 months to complete. We give written exams at the end of the semester, which usually take around 90-120 days for the results. Mids are of 40 marks for 2 hours, Sem Exam lasts about 3hours for 60 marks

Night Life

4

If yoh are in the hostel its pretty good. I'm not in the hostel sadly. You are free and you get to have fun anytime you want and there are plenty of places around like the beach to have fun with friends at the night and enjoy

Campus interview, for our college, thinking to execute myself in right perspective. Our college principal suggested us to join in job and if possible parallel nature to do masters, of course it might possible for me, Somehow without getting into recruited in campus placements went to Hyderabad for to join in IT Sector. Since, we are the first most batch to our college may be with that reason for mine not to get to active in to get more number of placement companies.
