Course Curriculum Overview
This is a kind off Technology enchirchment curriculum, we have various subjects related to technology like java, DSA, Python, DBMS etc etc and a computer science student i have to learn these things. This curriculum provides a type of exposer to several technologies and we can go into one specific thing if we want too.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities is not much good, some students got internship in 3 year but very less number. But ther are more internship opprotunity for the non technical roles, like campus ambassador program or similar type of internship opportunity.
Placement Experience
After completing 6 semsester students in my college are eligble for campus placments, there are various companies who visits our college but as a first year students i dont know the name of some companies, but companies hires a good number of students from my college regulary.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly tuition fee for B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) program at IIMT Engineering College Meeeut is Rs 65000. The fee for the entire four years course would therefore be approximately Rs 260000 . It's important to note that additional university enrollment and examination feesare also applicable , which are charged as per AKTU guidelines and some more fees are also added like dress fees Rs 8000 and registration fees Rs 1500 , ERP fees Rs 1000 and more like transport fess if applicable. AS for scholarships,IIMT offers various scholarship opportunites, especially foe students from Uttar Pardesh. About 50% of students, particularly those from UP , may receive a scholarship. This could significantly reduce the fee burden. However, students from other states may be eligible for these specific scholarship. Also, the fees structure might see an increase over time but specific details on fee hikes in subsequent years are not explicitly mentioned.
Campus Life
Social life in our college is very exciting, there are various active clubs in our college which regulary organising various students events and meets. Although 50 percent of students in my college are from other states, which brings a cultural diversity and more socialling chance with others.
Admission
I choose this college because this is the best college for me nearby my home, and this a well reputed and established college. Admission process of my college is quite simple, it is very easy to take admission here if you are elegible according to your 12 grade marks, and also my college provides digital online admission facility too.
Faculty
The facully to student ratio is about 1 : 20 which is seem as beneficial for students to get individual help from teachers many faculty members hold advanced degree. Shivani Aggarwal is my soft skill teacher, she is very good at teaching everyone in the class love to take her class without any second thought because she is very polite. There are three sessional exams and a pre university exam called as PUT before the university semester exams, internal college exams are moderate, almost every student passes these exams. Course curriculum is revelavnt it is decided by the university itself.
Night Life
Nightlife is not much good as several hosterler told me, they are not allowed to go outside hostel premesis after 9 pm without premission. Gym, cafetarias, liabrary are opened till 9 pm only from 8 am in the moring, except gym gym is opened at 6 am everyday.
