Sad life of Engineering.

One class is of 50 minutes daily. Everyday firstly we study theory and then we have to do the lab after the recess. Overall the curriculum is good. The missing part is that we are not allowed to go outside for our internship as college didn't provides us NOC. So we have to avail internship only if it is online based.

Yes. Placements are not overall good in my college. But companies come, just like TCS, and many startups reaches our college for providing internships as well as placements. From the 7th semester I.e. 4th year students are eligible for sitting in the placement interview sessions. The average package is around 4-5 lpa. Around 60-70% students get placed every year. I will try my best for the placement but majorly try for the off campus placement.

The fee structure for this college: Admission fees - Rs.2600 per year Tuition Fees - Rs.10 per year Examination Fees - Rs.3700 per semester Approx in total we have to pay amount Rs.10000 per year for the college fees. Scholarship - There is no any facilities for scholarships. Education Loan - Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme is available in this college and everyone can avail this loan from Bihar government through their specific district DRCC centre.

In my college, there are several technical clubs and different cells established like startup cell, placement cell, ecell, gdsc club, etc. No any cultural fests happens in this college. Library is quite good. There are a lot of books for every year students and of several branch. Anyone can come and study from day till 12:00 am, which is the most valuable opportunity for the students. Students from 2nd year onwards create clubs or join as coordinators in old created clubs and share their technical skills just like a community.

The overall hostel facility is quite good. Room space provided is nice. Each room consists of 3 students. Single rooms are alloted only in the 4th year and only for the students who got good CGPA. Meal of the hostel is quite good. We have the option to opt for veg and non veg. Meals are provided 3 times a day. Registration process is simple. Fill the hostel admission form and you will get your room in a week only if room is available.

I have applied to all the best engineering colleges in Bihar through the UGEAC counseling process. I have chosen this college as I have got my branch as per my interest and as well as it is not so much far from my district. I can travel for 4-5 hours and can reach college very easily. There are several trains, bus facilities available. There is a myth that students who got less marks in JEE exam comes here for admission. But the college ranks in 13 in all over Bihar and its cutoff is quite high for CSE and DATA SCIENCE branches. So the college is good.

The faculties are well educated and are very friendly in nature. Their teaching is quite good. Many new faculties have joined this year. So overall faculties are well. We have to give two exams in a semester. One is mid semester and the other is end semester. Course curriculum have been changed and even the university changed. So overall course curriculum is quite good.

There is only a single canteen facility available in the college campus. No any gyms or garden are there. The hostels are quite good. There are two boys and one girls hostel. Every hostel has in campus message facility. There are several parks, temples and market areas where students can roam. The outside of the campus is not safe in night timing. Several crimes happen. In day it's good but night timing is not safe for us. But now police takes care for it.
