Vit-Ap-The truth

Since this is a short sem many things are rushed however if you are attentive the course is quite manageable, the classes are spaced out evenley and we have access to the study material of all faculty.

Internships are provided by the college in the third year or relative to your placements, vadt number of students so oppturnities are limited however multiple companies like BlackRock Goldman Sachs and tata offer internships.

Year wise fees for category 2 are approximately 3 lakhs. 2.5 is hostel mess and course fees and then 50k is a deposit for transportation. Category 3 goes up to a total of 4 cat 4 is 5 and cat 5 is 6 lakhs.

There are multiple festivals such as vitaura vikas and the annual vit fest. The library facilities are ok, around half a floor for the entire college, technological aspects the wifi system is fast however each student can only connect one device at a time, sport activites are good except for football, however there is serious overcrowding for the facilities. There are multiple clubs and chapters that host events every week

The hostel facility for me is good however for many people that did not receive ac rooms it is terrible. They are still constructing hostels while people are inside, once they made people shift at 12:30 in the night.

Eligibility is 50 percent in PCM, exams accepted are vitee and state exams for whichever branch you are applying for, overall admission experience is smooth however shifting into the hostel is a nightmare if you come late.

Approximately 50 teachers per subject for 5000 or so freshers. As for disciplinary staff there is maybe a 10:1 ratio. Starting from the second semester we can choose our courses and our timetable and our faculty.

Everything is closed by 9pm, there is no nightlife inside the college, vijaywada is 40m away and that is only allowed on weekends, relatively safe to roam at night however you are not allowed to leave the hostel after 9:30.
