Remarks

There are a lot of good things about this college and few bad as well. The college has its own reputation since 1984. Talking about the pros the campus, the faculties ,the extra curricular activities, the technical fest everything is perfect. The only cons or con I must say is that any decision to be taken for the betterment of the college has to go through several steps ( government approvals) and this causes delay in the good things.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is well structured from first year to final year. It was made and finalized by the professionals working in and around the country. Also the board has several members from the reputed institute of petroleum engineering. The exam structure is semester wise. Once in six months, total of 8 semester in 4 years.

Placement Experience

3.5

When I was in the third year, the first batch of petroleum engineering students was about to pass out from the college and honestly there was not even a single student who got placed among those 30 students. But during my time there were comparatively better placements. This was about the petroleum engineering branch for other branches the placements were great. Around 70% of the students get placed from other branches.

College Events

4.5

Every year there used to be 3 main events. The one is sports fest, second one is a techno-cultural fest from a particular beach the the biggest and the best of all the annual tech fest of the college named anukriti.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Since its a government College the fees is also affordable. From 2012-2016 it was around 60000 per year for academics. The hostel was really cheap and affordable it was around 5000-7000 a year And apart from this there was no other expenses.

Fees and Financial Aid

I had not availed any scholarship but yes there were few scholarship schemes which was given to every deserving student. If you are the topper of the branch or the college then there is a wave-off in your next year's academic fees.

Campus Life

3

This is the my college all about. Starting with the labs it has very well equipped latest lab setup for every subject of each branch. There are regularly blood camp are set-up in the college every semester. The college has gym, cricket ground, football ground, badminton, table tennis , basket ball court and much more.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

It was a government College, the hostel was not upto the expectations though the fees were negligible but the food and cleanliness was not upto the mark. That's why I preferred to live in the apartment near the campus.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes the alumni network is good. From the beginning of first the both juniors and seniors are in touch of each other and the seniors play their role effectively be it in placements, studies or any other matter.

Faculty

3.5

I joined the college in 2012 and we were the second batch of petroleum engineering but I must say college has very well managed to get us proper faculty of each and every subject. And the college has the very well faculty members in it.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average but improving. Students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester. A few companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture (off-campus support), Capgemini, and some local Jaipur-based IT firms visit the campus. Most offers are for software trainee, support, testing, or analyst roles. The average package is around 3–4 LPA, while the highest package goes up to 8–10 LPA (mostly off-campus or through exceptional performance). Around 60–70% students get placed through campus or combined on/off-campus efforts.

In my college there are very good placement chances if you score good marks and be a good student there and we can get an average package of 4 to 5 lakhs per annum and if we are better than if you are very good student we can also get more than 10 lakhs per annum it all depends on us because we have to study and we have to take out chances but if I don't get any employment from there I will start doing it off campus and will do my own business or something like that but I will definitely try hard to get a placement from this college because it is very good and I want to get I am job from this college to start my life of making money
