Course Curriculum Overview

Since in my family, everyone is an engineer so it was the thing I had to do before thinking of anything else. The course I believe was bit outdated but I believe the university has updated it after my graduation Subject like DBMS and DAA needs to be taught in more depth The Unit 4-5 was introduced very late of it became like rush through them in most of the subjects

Class Size: 360Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There was a yearly fee that could be in two instalments of around 55k to 60k, and the college did not provide scholarships, but the state government provided the scholarship that can be availed, college provides support in that they a scholarship office as well the amount depends on the caste basis

Campus Life

Infrastructure was very average I felt the difference from my school(DMA) to college Books you need not after first year but they give book in each year from library and you have to return after the semester No Sports events every happened during my 4 years but annual feast is there but it is not student driven

Admission

It was near to my home at meerut and it is best oe in meerut for my course. It was clear to me at that time it have to be govt college for me to go out of meerut but I think there were many goot private colleges that could have tried at that time I got admission through the AKTU Entrance test at time

Faculty

The is affiliated to Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Technical University so the marking is 30 marks of internal (basis of the internal exam) and 70 marks of the actual exam (like the board exam). My courses were of 4 years first-year common for all branches then different subject branch wise apart from that the final semester was 70% weightage to project. the faculty was around 1:30 not sure

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Recently Infosys visited our college, however the average and highest package was not yet declared but we have heard rumours that the highest package is somewhat around 30 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 65%. My plans after getting this degree is applying for external placements as well.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The rate of my branch was quite high because I am in CSE AIML and future is totally depends on it that's why i select this branch. The College provide 100 percent to you for makeing you a winning horse in it sector but you will be initiated from your side.the most bad things is In first normal classess are going on like 12 and that is not good.some extra curricular activities is not happen in this college .they should be focus on this points.
