Course Curriculum Overview
The exams are conducted by Rajiv Gandhi University of health and science. Exams are conducted on the semester system. Yearly 2 university exams will be there. And in our college, they will conduct 2 internal exams before the university exam. Our college is having all lab facilities like U.V, I.R, HPLC, Calorimeter, Dissolution apparatus, etc, In the second year, we need to do research work as a part of the curriculum. Either we can do in the college or we can go outside and can do our project. This will help us to know more about instruments and its working.
Placement Experience
In our college, they are assuring 100% placements. Different MNC'S used to come for campus selection. Final year students will be attending interviews conducted by different companies like Mylan, Bioclinica. Students who are focusing to go abroad are providing interviews by one of the leading pharmacies in UAE, Life Pharmacy.
College Events
In our college, they used to conduct many events like FRESHERS DAY, TEACHERS DAY, PHARMACIST DAY, FAREWELL, GRADUATION DAY. All the festivals will be celebrated in the college like Onam celebration, Christmas celebration, Dushara, etc, And yearly once they will be an inter-college fashion show and dance competition. And other events conducted by our college are international food fest, sports, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Actually, 1st-year m.pharm fees for chemistry students is 50000. As we studied in the same college our first-year fees were 25000 only. In the second year, we need to pay 50000. every year fees structure will be updated on the college website
Fees and Financial Aid
If we are qualified in the GPAT exam and by the Government we will be getting a scholarship every month. And for christian students, the college management is providing scholarship based on our marks. In other cases, we can apply for an education loan, and college will provide the bonafide letter. And each year from the bank we will be getting the amount of the fee.
Campus Life
The campus is very huge and I feel very secure to be there on the campus. In our college anti-ragging squad is there so there is no need to worry about ragging. In our class, 5 girls and one boy are there. We all are from different part of the country. The practicals are conducted by the assign teachers. Frequently debates are conducting. Extracurricular activities like football, cricket tournaments are conducted in college.
Alumni/Alumna
T.john college alumni association is a very active group. They will let us know if their programs are going to conduct in our college. They use to send mail for every passed out student. Our seniors are in contact with us, and they will help us with everything. They will give advice for doing research work and studies.
Admission
I took admission for M.pharm after completing my B.pharm in the same college. I have planned to do my post-graduation in the same college because the teaching was good. Admission is done online. I am doing my masters in pharmaceutical chemistry. The first-year fees are 25000 and for the second year, it is 50000.
Faculty
The pride of the department is well maintained by well-educated faculties. Most of the faculties in the college are Ph.D. holders. The faculties will be helping in our studies and in doing practicals. There will provide all the help for doing our research. They will help us in extracurricular activities also.
